Jason on the morning crew is THE MAN. I was short cash for some food that I was grabbing, this absolute life saver of a man paid for the remainder of my ticket and expected nothing in return. I of course paid Jason back with a $20 bill and I gave him my word I would write him a review on his extraordinary service and care for his customers on his shift. Jason is one of the many reasons to why I love Casey's stations, and he deserves a raise if not a promotion for going above and beyond for a stranger

First time I waited an hour for my pizza. Thought I’d give the place another try. Placed my order online AGAIN came at pick up time, wait again for another hour. Weren’t busy at all no tickets up beside mine. Third time would be a terrible charm. I’m done with this place no more business from me.

Casey’s needs to hire more people and stop being so cheap. 5:30pm a line out the door with people waiting to be checked out. 1 employee working them all and one standing in line waiting to leave work

Casey's does not care about the neighborhoods that they occupy. I told them that all of their garbage receptacles were overflowing and the garbage was blowing off of their property and they didn't care and refuse to do anything about it. Sickening.

They have the worst manager here her name is Megan she is very rude to customers this is the second time I've had an incident with her you tell what you want on the sandwich and she's got a micromanage her employees it's like she don't trust them and every time I go into the store it's something different a new rule we put extras in this container we can't put it on your sandwich okay and now this time we have to put it in a little or packages and she gets inside conversations that she's not in I was having a conversation with her employee of how to put my extras in two separate containers since she was just listening and she thought I wanted four she started screaming at me telling me this is her store when I asked her why do things change every time I come in here they will do it at other stores no problem she claims it's her store get out don't ever come back and she literally screams why there's other customers there this is not management behavior and this is the second time she has done it to me I have seen it her do it to other customers and her employees very bad customer service would not recommend this place at all and I love Casey's

Refused to sell me a product because I was speaking to another person outside of the store and they accuse me of buying the product for the person I was speaking to. And then refused to sell me anything and told me to leave. It was the store manager and it was on 07262025 at approximately 1:00 p.m. the manager and her employee are complete bigots and do not respect the freedom of speech of the United States government and the Constitution of the United States of America

Their pizzas got to be the worst pizza I've ever eaten in the store manager told me that's the way all Casey's are doing it I hope not worst Pizza you'll ever eat normally Casey's is the best pizza don't order 24th and Martha. Then I try to buy something from there and their machines are always down worst gas stations are open in Omaha what's a corporate number I can call

Apparently, you can’t get gas from them unless they know your card personally. I cannot think of anything more pathetic than a gas station that can’t sell gas.
And now, apparently they think it’s my responsibility to help them troubleshoot THEIR problems. As though I work for them?

Came in just to get a refill. I work concrete but am way cleaner than I normally am. Lady was outside smoking in a Casey's shirt. Proceeded to comment about how dirty I was and that I was gonna mess up her floor. If she said it once fine but she repeated herself several times. And then after the two seconds it took to refill my drink she was on her phone didn't even realize I was at the counter and even when she did quickly rang up the drink and texted the rest of the time. Really a poor experience. But that's just Casey's. Expect poor experiences at Casey's.
I actually came here because it was still listed as a Bucky's when it is in fact a Casey's.
