Hardly has pizza ready at lunch time. Cooks always use the excuse that there was a large order placed. Also, holy cow, I’ve never seen so many pumps out of order. Come on Caseys!!!

It’s hard to rate the food considering they never have any out. For a place that has people coming in early a lot, never having food out before 6am is certainly a choice.
Then at lunch time there is rarely any food, and they don’t make a wide variety. I would never stop at this location if it wasn’t so close to my work.

We go to Caseys across the country for years. We wanted to get gas would not take card at the pump or the pump was bagged off. Went inside to make a purchase. Went to the register. Wanted to pay with a $100 bill. Lady at the register was rude and hard to get along with. Very poor customer service. Store was dirty. Hate to see a store we frequently shop at in such poor shape on all aspects.

Store is always clean but the kitchen is always late with orders even when you are the only order in and conveniently lose the slip whenever you order curbside, refusing to bring it out until you call them.

I normally stop at this Casey's when I go to Omaha because it's right off the interstate. I stopped tonight at about 6:00pm to get some food and fill up on gas. To my dismay there was no hot food in the warmers including Pizza, sandwiches, chicken tenders, etc. The Casey's near my house has food up until the time they close. I probably won't stop at this one anymore. They are missing out on a lot of food sales.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Casey’s store located at 9645 Ida Street. Given the typically high volume of customers during that time of evening, I was initially uncertain about what to expect, as I generally avoid venturing out during peak hours.
To my surprise, the staff at this location were highly motivated and efficient in serving customers promptly. I ordered two orders of breadsticks and waited at the counter for a few minutes, during which I had the pleasure of meeting an outstanding team member named Shannon.
Although my order took slightly longer than the estimated time, Shannon made the wait enjoyable. She provided excellent customer service, informed me about upcoming Saturday football promotions, and successfully upsold several additional menu items.
While I didn’t catch her last name, I made sure to remember her first name so I can request her assistance for future orders. Shannon is a great representative of the Casey’s brand—well done!

Stopped in to use the restroom and pick up a fountain drink. The men's restroom was the most disgusting restroom I've ever been in in my entire life. If you want to be truly scared on Halloween, stop in for a visit. I try to only write positive reviews on Google and save bad reviews for truly bad things. That restroom unfortunately met that standard.

This place is the worst. Save yourself time & go somewhere else. 50% of the time the gas pumps either aren't on or are out of order. I've wasted so much time 'trying' to get gas here.

Arrived at this caseys at 5:03 and the older woman that was working seen/heard that I tried opening the door and then proceeded to ignore me. I waited a couple more minutes while watching the woman clean the counters when I attempted to get her attention again many knocking and she looked over at me again and when on about her cleaning. I finally left at 5:08. I've never had such a unprofessional experience like the one I experienced this morning, do better Casey's
