This store has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My pizza was completely undercooked and so greasy. When I called them, they were rude and talked about me to other employees while I was still on the phone and could hear, while refusing a refund.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered food for delivery and it was never delivered. I called the store to inform them and was rudely told that it wasn’t their problem. This store has the rudest employees and they need to be trained in customer service. A satisfactory procedure needs to be implemented when orders are not received. I will not be doing business with this place ever again.

Pumps took 25 mins to pump 25 gal and I was the only one pumping. Most pumps don't give receipts either. Hate this place.

Embarrassing—don’t promise a 16 minute turnaround and then when I get there 5-10 minutes after the pizza is due, tell me it will be about 10 minutes. My time is more valuable than that. I will not return to this location.

Never any food out, employees don’t care about customers, bathrooms pretty dirty. If you go there on your morning or afternoon you will likely get stuck in a line of cars trying to leave, there needs to be a second entrance/exit on the other side of the parking lot.

No toilet paper, no paper towels, no respect for customer. Talked about how it's not their job to make sure they have paper towel because the have blow dryers. They don't check every ten minutes to see if toilet paper is out. Every stall was out of TP! That takes some neglect. They talked about how BP never had paper towel holders. So I got upset naturally and used some poor choice words, asked for names because this was not okay, they wouldn't tell me names and told me to look up the corporate number. They called the cop saying I assaulted them and cops came watched video nothing of an assault happened. They banned and bard me just because they could. They even called my workplace and made threats to ban the company. Very sad store management. A simple sorry would have been nice. Seems like this store could use some professional help. Looking through reviews it's the same response but nothing is changing. Might I add the bathrooms were not clean at all and smelled bad. This altercation was with the manager Nathan directly and with with another male employee who did not have name tag on.
