I had called to place an order and was told that I could not place the order because it was more than $50. This was the first time I called the second time I called. They were able to place my order without having to pay the $50 over the phone when I got there. I was told to go pay first rather than getting my pizza ready. I got there and I still had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my pizza to get ready. I had ordered Taco pizza. Lady gave me a sausage pizza with taco toppings. Overall, the experience was horrible because the lady that was helping did not want to be there and did not want to help she was doing the bare minimum. Reason, That my pizza was disguised as a taco pizza.

Usually the service is good but tonight I called 3 times and no one in the kitchen would pick up. I usually have to talk to someone in the kitchen to get a thin crust large because the bot transfers me. No one in the store picked up.

Why do you always reply that you'll "escalate/look into it with your Omaha team" and then the same issues keep getting reviewed? It's almost like...you're not looking into it with your Omaha team. Or maybe the Omaha team is the problem? You guys absolutely suck as a gas station. Your pizza was the best.

Just came in to grab a bag of ice @ 10:45 p.m and two early teens just ran out with two cases of twisted tea, and the cashier said that this happens all the time that's unexceptionable. I think late at night in areas like this all alcoholic beverages need to be locked that are cold, and warm cases need moved to more of a camera area or night time security is needed. This is taking money right out of everyone's pocket who works here, and is jeopardizing young teens to drink and drive or do something else while intoxicated that might impact someone else. Fix this....
I ordered a large hamburger pizza on Saturday. I told the guy who took my order that I wanted to use my rewards which was 8.60 off my total. I got up to the register and the gentleman that was working scanned my phone and told me it took off my 8.60. I told him it didn’t and he stated I scanned it and it’s not taking off so I have to pay the full price. He said it’s not my fault and there is nothing he can do. He said 15 something or no pizza. I asked is there anyone or way you can take off 8.60. He said no because you will use it later. I’ve been only working here 6 days. So I left the pizza and went to Little Caesars. I have this problem with using the discount. Must be a training program.

I’m not sure her name but the cashier last night was so kind and helpful. She was running two registers at once and there were a lot of people and she was so quick and so nice. I know it was probably stressful for her but she didn’t show it! 5 stars for her because she really made my day with how kind she was.

The bathroom was disgusting! Stood in line 10 minutes and half the pumps were shut down. Casey's has deteriorated to the point I avoid them if possible.
