Absolutely the worst gas station I have visited in a long time. I always avoid Casey's for being the worst gas for my vehicles. I am starting with my arrival: I decided to pump premium gas, while deciding, the screen asked about car wash, I decided to go with the ultimate wash. After pumping gas, got my code then I drove around to the car wash--OUT OF SERVICE-- I started to get upset...but I said, go and get your money back. I went inside the store, asked the lady for my refund. She replied: NO WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONEY- I say...you are selling me something that you do not have, so give me my money back. She said: go to other Casey's and you can use your pin. I said: where is the nearest one to use the car wash? She replied: 60th and F street. I started my car and headed there...surprise! that gas station doesn't have car wash!In conclusion: I agree with thousend of user that stay away from this 3rd world gas station. I will pass this information to my employees and families. We deserve respect, because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER

I had to get coffee and use the restroom- I found no toilet paper & asked the nearest associate to get it. She had dark hair & an attitude- said no , I asked the other associate who then asked her & she said no to him - went to the front desk with a line of 10 men & holding the large roll of toilet paper loudly told the busy cashier she did not want to fill toilet paper in a fit she handed me the large roll on front of all the dudes watching me walk the hallway to the back bathroom very embarrassed. Upon leaving the restroom I asked the rude pizza girl to simply respect the customer next time and she responded rude again saying ok talk to my coworker with a obvious sigh & eye rolling - that was absolutely ridiculous- I waited for all the gawking men to leave & then asked the front cashier who apologized for her & I left an unhappy customer- come on people- be professional on the job your paid to perform- courtesy is a simply job expectation & maybe a little humble grace could make the world a better place especially in a simple situation of needing the public bathroom stocked for paying customers in a hurry to do their own jobs well.

One of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. Puddles of urine on the floor, reeks of pee, no soap in the dispenser. Do the employees making the food use this bathroom too? Gross. Graffiti all over the door. When the vandals are writing about how dirty the bathroom is, you know it's bad.

This location is THE WORST Casey’s location I’ve been to. I avoid ALL Casey’s for multiple reasons but once in awhile I’ll stop to get only gas if need be. And for a long time at this location, multiple pumps have had bags on them, no napkins and NO FLUID IN NONE OF THE WINDOW WIPER CONTAINERS!! AND MORE!! Should I go on and rant about the even deeper issues with Casey’s in general? I’ll pass on this post and MONTHS later they still haven’t mailed me my car washes & gas card that CORPORATE promised me after an unbelievable incident that happened to me by their management team at another location. Just ridiculous and super low customer service and such a poor quality of a business chain to blow up like this. You should be embarrassed.Updated review today 11/10/23 and ALL trashes overflowing STILL and the store is absolutely disgusting as always!! Seriously…

The online ordering wasn't on for 50th and F and I regret not calling them to place my order. The thin crust pepperoni pizza had the least amount of pepperoni I've ever seen, was full of grease and was burnt. The cheesy bread was also burnt. The store itself was disgusting and dirty.

Casey's really doesn't care about the people they serve. Been going to this gas station for years. And they just got rid of the free air and are now charging $2 for it. It was one of the last good things the gas station had, that at least made it seem like they care about their customers. Now they constantly have the highest gas prices and clearly could care less about the customer experience.Why remove something that was already in place? You guys actually spent money to do this.Edit:Thanks for your reply. I would be interested in the ROI of charging for air vs sales attributed to free air. I'm sure you wouldn't share that. But I know whenever I have gone to get air I normally buy something (gas, monster, etc.). Honestly your gas prices aren't competitive. So I assume you try to get people to the store by other means, like your pizza. Now that you charge for air you would be losing out on those potential sales. And Hyvee does free air, so it's not like people would really pay for your air. Maybe I'm wrong and there is tons of money in charging for air. I feel like there would be more addon sales from the free air though. I have regularly had to wait in line to fill up a tire. So I know it drove customers to the store.

Manager was very RUDE telling us to hurry up because they wanted to go home when it says the store is open 24 hours! Then I asked for her name and all I was told was “she’s the boss!” Doesn’t give her the right to treat customers like that!!!!!

Made my order online for a specific time and the pizza's were not even placed in the oven. The lady made it sound like it was my fault that I was a little early.Good thing I did show up 5 minutes early, because the pizza's were already given to my 10 minutes after my original time. Oh and then they didn't know how to cut the pizzas into 12 pieces like they do any of the other hundreds of times we have ordered pizza from this location.

I don’t understand why this Casey’s is ALWAYS garbage. Bathrooms, floors and all round is NASTY! The pizza and food is always OLD! Casey’s have gone down hill since they bought all the Buckey’s. You have employees just standing around doing nothing.
