My name is Sandy I've been a very loyal customer at Casey's, for several years and today I witnessed a lot!! A customer came in to have his food cooked for him and the worker on duty informed him that he can't allow him to cook outside food. Well the customer didn't like the answer so he continued to inform the worker that the store Manager allows him to warm up his food in 5he kitchen, and has allowed it several times. This brings concerns to me because of OSHA and health department guidelines, not to mention COVID-19. If this continues I will no longer be purchasing anything from this location. I asked if there was a manager on duty and Steve informed me that he was the manager. He told the customer several times that it is against regulations, but customer kept insisting was very belligerent.

Fred & Jermaine made a large order of large pizzas for me and did a great job. Fred even carried the pizzas out to my car for me. The service was very good. My first time stopping at this Casey’s and I would go back

This is the worst store ever, gas pumps are always broke. Garbage cans are always full, There’s always garbage outside the Store. When I go inside the store, always empty boxes by the front door and in Isles short of help,and they always seem to be sitting around doing nothing and they’re rude. I’ve been to Casey’s stores all over the state of Iowa of the small towns ever since the 90s I was excellent service and food. Pizza is great. The store doesn’t seem to get it together. Please send someone for new management!!

I want to give the service five stars and the food it was amazing taco pizza Freddy made it and his customer service skills are just they go above and beyond he does his job and he does it good is customer service skills are exemplary if I owned a Casey's I would want him behind the counter for sure Freddy is a prime example of what an employee should represent he's management material keep pushing forward Freddy thank you for the great customer service it's hard to find its few and far in between nowadays

I just had a medium size egg n cheese sausage pizza made its dry nasty it was a short black lady that made it the white lady that work cashier we had been calling up there all morning trying to order a pizza noone never answer the phone the white lady has bad attitude towards customers we want be ordering from there again are going back to the store horrible service an food we need a refund

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to, and I used to work at a pretty bad one. They are always out of stock of fountain pop, cups, lids, bags, bottles of pop, etc. The workers that are at the counter or behind the pizza counter are all either super high (not even on just weed), or are saying the craziest things for customers to hear. I’ve tried the new chicken sandwiches 3x from there now, and ALL three times, it says “with pickles” and there is NEVER pickles on it. Lastly, everytime I come in around lunch, there is always still a ton of breakfast stuff crowding the warmers and almost no lunch food left. Casey’s is my fav gas station and it’s just so disappointing.
Place is never stocked up closes early all the time and atm doesn't have gas. Came in tonight for gas, smokes and something to drink and i couldn't get anything I needed or wanted here. Luckily enough less than a block away the Gas is always significantly cheaper they are always stocked up on drinks and are never out of

Everything online says they open at 6:00 I live in the area and I've been up there three separate occasions now between 6:00 and 6:30 and the doors are never unlocked or open
