The employees must think they're above picking up garbage. Some bum threw their garbage all over the parking lot and employees just ignore the fact
Says open till 12 but employees close earlier than that so that they can LEAVE at 12 lmao

I love this community store I visit it at least 5 nights a week always greeted with a smile 😃 as well as great customer service there 2 gentle men usually always there a older African American gentleman with glasses and a younger African American gentleman with dreads when I go. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in to your work place. It means alot to our community. See you soon 😊 😊

All one star, if they were open until the time stated online and on the building I would of been able to probably rate higher than 1. Never fails though that it's a Saturday night and not open full hours of operation. This happens so frequently! Makes it easy to lose more customers to mega saver which is a block down.

First, the cashier did not check on time for pizza when i told them i was here for pick up. Register went down as another cashier was assisting me. Pizza was not ready at estimated time, and no one told me when it would be ready. The floor is flooded and it is very sticky.

The tap to pay feature wasn't working. 2 days later I have fraudulent charges. Both of these statements are true, but you can come to your own conclusions.
This Casey's closes in the mornings just because their truck is dropping off products. Never seen a Casey's do this.

Ordered a pizza and was supposed to be done as I got there but when I got there the cook hasn't even started my Two pizzas yet. This has happened multiple times now.
Their Google website says that they’re on Google maps says that they’re open 24 hours a day. I stopped by at 5:15 in the morning and somebody said they were closed from inside but I don’t understand if it says they’re open 24 hours. Why aren’t they open 24 hourssomebody incorporate can’t give the correct hours for the they can’t update their websites. What the heck I guess I just don’t shop at Casey’s anymore.

Had the worst experience ever last night.!! Ordered 3 large pizzas online to be picked up by 8:07pm.! Got there bout 8:10 and literally stood outside the pick up window for 30mins minutes while the clerk at the register said they couldn’t move, another employee was out doing the trash, and the cook was in the restroom THE WHOLE TIME standing there.. Finally the cook comes out the restroom looking like “Johnson family vacation “ instant stomach ache cause no way.!!! Come to find out the 3 large pizzas we ordered were just sitting on the counter the whole time we were standing there, not in a warmer or anything just sitting there.!! Long story short they wouldn’t make it right and tried to make it seem like we were just looking for something for free when that wasn’t the case at all… I’ll NEVER be back

My name is Sandy I've been a very loyal customer at Casey's, for several years and today I witnessed a lot!! A customer came in to have his food cooked for him and the worker on duty informed him that he can't allow him to cook outside food. Well the customer didn't like the answer so he continued to inform the worker that the store Manager allows him to warm up his food in 5he kitchen, and has allowed it several times. This brings concerns to me because of OSHA and health department guidelines, not to mention COVID-19. If this continues I will no longer be purchasing anything from this location.
I asked if there was a manager on duty and Steve informed me that he was the manager. He told the customer several times that it is against regulations, but customer kept insisting was very belligerent.
