This nee guy Ben is very rude and I proficient. He refused to even look at my us government issued ID. And straight up told me.to go to megazavor. What? I have a valid us issued I'd. N im being told to go somewhere else. This was not the 1rst time the same individual did the same . I trust its personal. Yet to me this is not acceptable. This individual should not face the public as he was clearly under the influence.

I traveled from out of State started to stop by after an 6 1/2 hour drive at 11:45 PM / 6. Oct. 2025 at the gas station. I went inside to buy some beverage and before that I did walked to the restroom. At the restroom door it said restroom closed! Is till went inside as many times these young workers do that so they don’t have to clean up, All of the female restrooms were just fine and worked, there was no issue. While I was walking out and got some beverages, the young girl front blond hair, back brown, with a piercing in her nose, she looked at me with wide open eyes and huge expanded pupils (looked like stoned, or under some influence) and said aggressively I shouldn’t supposed to use the restroom, I said why? it worked, everything was just fine, she said it doesn’t r matter and yelled at me, I asked her why? because you don’t want to clean up ? and why have you put that sign there when everything is working ?? she got upset and aggressive and yelled at me and said …. get out, get out …. lol …. She said she owns the place …. 🤣Well some advice and notice to the management, maybe you shouldn’t let people under influence working and find better employees! or when they are to lazy to do there job right, don’t like to to clean up. Well find better once as employees, while our traveling all over the USA, we have seen that employee behavior more often - mostly young once who got an attitude - just made up some signs for their convenience not to clean up and always on their phones! After a long trip traveling filling up gas and buying beverage the restroom worked just fine, where was her issue and such a low lattitude ? We will forward a letter to corporate as well, as it’s enough, always these young stoned workers some of them we could smell the Majorana are always having an low entitled attitude, because to lazy to do their job right. Lot to learn young women …..

So the fact that I am someone who didn't know love like family love since the death of my mother this store holds a special place in my heart and forever will. Stacy, Mai, Noah, Lonnie, Franky, Jayne, Matt, Jack. With my whole heart I want to say thank you no matter what has happened with me you guys have always embraced me like family and even more so in my toughest times and I will always be thankful for that

Sketchy gas station. It’s unfortunate they are in such a convenient location. Last time I was there cops blocked the entrance from the dodge street to question a bunch of motorcyclists there.

As I was leaving the gas station, a couple motorcycles pulled into the parking lot going about 30 mph and nearly hit my car. There were about 30 to 40 motorcycles just hanging out in the parking lot.
So just stopped in there to refill my own cup with ice and they tried to charge me $1.60 to refill my cup. It's 90° outside. That's unbelievable. Worst Casey's in Omaha. Not to mention bathrooms are absolutely disgusting toilets are all clogged blood all over the Stalls. And absolute train wreck of a gas station with even worse employees. And on my way back to their machine to empty my ice back into their waste bucket the lady behind the counter told the other guy working to call the police over a cup of ice because she thought I was going to then steal it

Wow I go to this Casey's a few times a week and the bathrooms are the most disgusting sight I have ever seen it seems like nobody cleans the bathrooms the soap dispensers never work toilet paper containers are never refilled the rolls are always just sitting somewhere by the toilet just completely disgusting

Don't count on the quarter-operated vacuums working here. They will either eat all your quarters or spit them right back at you. Employees don't bother covering up the quarter slots or putting up any warning signs, and don't expect them to help you get any of them back either.
