Seems like my experience is about the normal for caseys. All low reviews.... dirty store. Bathroom was nasty, looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in days..

I don’t know what it is this morning, but this was the second Casey’s i stopped at in 10 minutes that didn’t have any food in the warmers. I think i’ll have to start going to Quik Trip or Kum & Go from now on…

Restroom smells of urine aweful puts u out of the mood to eat anything they made.Such a shame nice big store then they cant keep the restrooms clean just nasty smelly

The car wash broke while I was going through it before it even started. We called and they said they had to call the help desk. We called again and we just sat on hold several minutes. On the third call they came out and tried to fix it but nothing worked. They had us drive out of the broken car wash without getting a car wash but driving through all of the brushes. We went in to get a refund and they offered that we could try going through the broken car wash again which after about 30 minutes in it was not happening. They couldn't provide a refund without a receipt even though they knew I was in the broken car wash. They said I would have to come out tomorrow after I'd already wasted 45 minutes to ask the manager for a refund even though without a receipt chances weren't likely they'd give a refund. For a service that they know they didn't provide. They said disputing the charge with my credit card was my best hope. Won't be back even though it's th3 closest big gas station.

Stopped by one morning before work. No lids fir coffee. Sticky counters and no napkins. Gross and filthy inside the store. Bad experience.
I was there today 05/17 about 530pm ish and cops had to be called as a clerk smacked a teenagers Wallet out of hands and proceeded to throw it in the trash and said now you can't buy anything, this level of action was absolutely horrible no matter the situation the pair of teens didn't seem like they we're any trouble, and the cashier apologized to me for the inconvenience as I replied this is not how I'd deal with it for dam sure, i was very disgusted with my visit here today. How hard was it to just refuse them service and be asked to leave.

Really disgusting by what my family had to witness here today. There was an intoxicated person purchasing more alcohol and another one passed out on the slot machine. Caseys seems to becoming an exaggerated liquor store. Very sad. Not even buying fuel there any more.

7 people working that I could see. Every stall in the restroom was out of tp. Literally will never stop here again. The whole store was wrecked and the bathrooms weren't much better. I'm sure the staff is nice, but C'mon with the bathrooms.

I placed a order through doordash for pick up for my lunch, which is only thirty minutes long. When I went to pick up my food. I was told that it was already picked up. they had nothing else really made to even accommodate to make up for it. told me that it was so busy that they must have got confused. Also told me that someone had already showed up and picked up the order with the same name. Which my name is Fawn which is not common. So I feel that is very unlikely. What are the odds that someone else is working overnights? With the same name in place the exact same order. I would not recommend if you're on a lunch break to order food through this store.
