Bad service, guy was too busy talking on the phone to do his job 👎

Stopped in because my tires needed air. The machine for air is pay only. I checked all over the machines signage and the digital display, it does not state how much it is for air. I was able to fill up 2 tires before it shut off, and I had to pay to start it again. I checked my bank statement, it was $3.50 for each time. $7 for air?? At least post the price somewhere so I can choose whether or not I want to pay that outrageous price! Complete rip off!

Night cashier is rude and curses at customers over a misunderstanding. Needs to work on his patience and attitude. I certainly would not want this person representing my company.

All paper towels were out at gas pumps, and the window shield cleaning scraper at my pump was broken.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I’m all over Omaha for my job and am constantly disappointed by this Casey’s. Anytime I stop here for lunch, nothing in the warmers. Literally nothing. Today I can’t even see any employees back there. I did see three employees walking out for a break. How do you take a break from not doing your job? I just looked through over a years worth of their reviews and they are all pretty much bad. Some Casey’s bot keeps saying they are gonna address the issues everybody is having, but they don’t. The bathroom is filthy and so is the rest of the store. On the rare occasion that I actually get to purchase something from them, their staff is rude and short with me. I love Casey’s, but I hate this location.

I am writing to file a formal complaint about a teller at your branch on 123 Street. Today, September 5th, at 11:45 a.m., I was assisted by a teller who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their disrespectful treatment made me feel uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary measures to address this behavior.

My supreme pizza has NO CHEESE on it! None, ZERO! I ordered 4 items for pickup, the order took 12 minutes longer than it was supposed to, and 3 of the 4 items are messed up! And to top it all off I got 0 cups of marinara with my 2 orders of cheese bread! 🙄THEN I tried to contact Casey's, took the time to fill out their online form, tried submitting it 3 times but I just kept getting an error message saying they were having technical difficulties 🤣🤣🤣🤣 What a joke!

Lazy employees need to fill the printers on the pumps. As a fleet driver I need a receipt when I fill up and don't have time to stand in a long line to get one.

Today 9:57 5 employees. One eating chips and walking around, one sitting down, one walking around on her phone, one guy standing by pizza station and ONE guy working the register with a line of 5 ppl waiting to check out. And its like this every time super annoying, it's called a CONVENIENCE STORE. Honestly I could walk all the way into a Walmart grab a pop and cash out faster. Not very convenient lol
