No breakfast pizza and stale donuts. The employee said the worker didnt show up to make pizza. both of the register workers were on their phones when I walked in. Maybe they could make pizza

Great pizza!!! Big cheesy slices!! Taste great. $3.50 or 2 for $6.
This particular location has really good pizza, the one at 160th has smaller slices that aren't as cheesy or as fresh.

Older white lady never applies discount for me. Person in front of me purchased same items as I did, he received the discount for buying multiple drinks. I didnt. I can only assume its racism since she is the only one who doesnt apply discount for me, every single time. I am done with this location.

I’m reviewing about an incident that happened at the Casey’s at 2510 S 132nd St in Omaha, NE, on December 11th, 2025, at around 8:00 AM. I have the receipt with the employee’s name and time, and I already submitted a complaint on your website as well.

When I walked in, I dealt with an employee named Alan, and the way he spoke to me was completely uncalled for. He was rude, sarcastic, and had an attitude that was honestly pretty hostile. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable, and it was nothing like what I expect when I stop in for something simple.

This wasn’t just a small misunderstanding—his behavior showed a lack of basic respect and customer service. No customer should be talked to like that, especially during a routine visit.

This experience really made me question what’s going on at this location in terms of training and management. I shop at Casey’s often, and this stood out as completely out of line. At this point, I don’t plan on going back to this store, and I hope other customers don’t end up having the same experience.

And please don’t send me a generic copy-and-paste response. Those replies feel automated and don’t address real concerns.

Prefer to go to mavericks around the corner even if it’s an extra drive. At least the employees treat customers better than Casey’s.

Stopped in because my tires needed air. The machine for air is pay only. I checked all over the machines signage and the digital display, it does not state how much it is for air. I was able to fill up 2 tires before it shut off, and I had to pay to start it again. I checked my bank statement, it was $3.50 for each time. $7 for air?? At least post the price somewhere so I can choose whether or not I want to pay that outrageous price! Complete rip off!

Night cashier is rude and curses at customers over a misunderstanding. Needs to work on his patience and attitude. I certainly would not want this person representing my company.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I’m all over Omaha for my job and am constantly disappointed by this Casey’s. Anytime I stop here for lunch, nothing in the warmers. Literally nothing. Today I can’t even see any employees back there. I did see three employees walking out for a break. How do you take a break from not doing your job? I just looked through over a years worth of their reviews and they are all pretty much bad. Some Casey’s bot keeps saying they are gonna address the issues everybody is having, but they don’t. The bathroom is filthy and so is the rest of the store. On the rare occasion that I actually get to purchase something from them, their staff is rude and short with me. I love Casey’s, but I hate this location.

My supreme pizza has NO CHEESE on it! None, ZERO! I ordered 4 items for pickup, the order took 12 minutes longer than it was supposed to, and 3 of the 4 items are messed up! And to top it all off I got 0 cups of marinara with my 2 orders of cheese bread! 🙄THEN I tried to contact Casey's, took the time to fill out their online form, tried submitting it 3 times but I just kept getting an error message saying they were having technical difficulties 🤣🤣🤣🤣 What a joke!
