I've used there carwash twice in the span of 2 months and on both trips in the carwash I noticed no soap being dispensed on my car during the $15.00 wash cycle. I see the wax/sealer being sprayed on my car during the end of the wash but no soap when the car is being washed. After 2 months you'd expect something like no soap for a $15.00 wash to be addressed by the car wash technician.

Came to get coffee was heading to Lincoln. There was no regular sugar. Had to ask the cashier for regular sugar. He came and read the pink & yellow pak’s of sugar. I told him those are for people who have diabetes. He was rude. I went to put creamer in my coffee that was completely empty. The cashier showed the other employee how to fill the machine. I bought a silver $17.11cup. Please talk to that employee about better customer service to your customers. Look at your cameras please. Don’t appreciate the way he responded.

Yesterday while airing up my tire my valve stem broke in half and my tire deflated immediately. I was freezing cold and visually stressed. I went inside to notify the manager on duty that I would be unable to move my vehicle for a couple hours (which was parked directly in front of their air pump) while I took my tire in to have the valve stem replaced. She was so kind and empathetic and patient and understanding. Even checked on me periodically while I waited by the slot machines for my tire to be fixed and returned to me. It seems like personable customer service is so rare these days, and when displayed, it should be recognized. Kudos to Casey's on this.

The workers are great but they never have the pizza out in the morning like other Casey's do which is disappointing Edit- they fixed the pizza problem, and another update this place has some of the best staff that try their best to help others always and are very nice and helpful
Breakfast pizza was delicious. Only reason im giving a 4 star is because the cashier charged me for a pizza and three pieces but I got 8 slices so should have only been charged for two extra slices. Not a big deal though it happens.

I usually love going to Casey’s for their food selection. However, nearly every time I come to this location, they haven’t stocked the warmer or cold sandwiches. What they do have is one slice of dried out pepperoni pizza that looks like it’s been sitting in there for 2+ hours. They don’t even have breakfast pizza out in the mornings. This location makes Casey’s look bad. The one down the road in Gretna is always fully stocked. I thought this store was going to be more convenient for me when it opened, but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed.
