Had the last straw with this Casey's today. Service is always slow, made to feel like a bother for asking about one thing, and they never have consistent ice. Only bonus for a while was finding regular pizza before noon, but I barely find anything now.
Very obvious that the company has abandoned this location and I don't have the time and money to waste here while waiting for the company to actually fix the problems outlined in all of the other reviews.

Shelves are always empty in the coolers . If you ask for something, you can clearly see they tell you it is out of stock. They always seem short staffed . Had to go back inside for the gad receipt because it never prints at the pump.

I hate casey’s. Too bad they’ve bought up pretty much every gas station in the city. If you go to a Casey’s you’ve got about a 50% chance that their pumps work. Rundown garbage dump

i pulled over to use the bathroom, which had pee all over the floors, toilet and walls. went to wash my hands and there were no paper towels so i went to the food counter to get some napkins, grab a few extra for my car. when walking out the guy goes “are you buying something” i didn’t know napkins had a fee these days…maybe put some paper towels in and every person walking in wouldn’t be a suspect :)
I just left this store there was this older african American lady there who was extremely rude.. First she was rude to man in front of me over some tickets she didn’t know how to scan then it was my turn all i had was a pizza she told me my total and i went to put my phone number on as i usually do and the machine froze she started blaming it on me and saying i did the transaction to fast but i never put my card in all i was doing is putting my phone number and she yelled at me saying it doesn’t matter it’s my fault!! I walked out left my item on the counter and told her she needed to chill it was her machine not me another guy walked out too .. This is not the first time this lady is rude to people she needs to go home and stay away from jobs that requires human interaction…
