The store never opens on time. I was there at 5 am and he said it would be another 20 minutes before he could open the door. Ibuse E85 gas and this store is one of the only places that has it close to me and has to sit in the parking lot just so I could I ls get home. Why

Store shuts down randomly. A LOT. It's gotten to the point that I'm disgusted with the company, and I wish they would shut it down permanently. Maybe we'll get a company that knows how to run a NEIGHBORHOOD CONVENIENCE STORE.
I don't want to hear your corporate excuses

Store was shut down this evening before 7 pm when I stopped by so who knows how long or how many days this store has been unserviceable.
Problem is, other companies seem to manage fine in this city, WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM CASEY'S???
The answer is Incompetence. Period. You don't deserve any more chances. Your store is probably more of a liability to this neighborhood the way it's run.
Vagrancy, renting parking out to homeless people? You've GOT TO BE KIDDING.

Worst Caseys I have ever been to. Awful management. Lies to customers. Doesn't answer phones or puts you on 43 minute holds. Are anti-holiday spirit. Won't be using Caseys much anymore because of this location. Your vehicle is not safe here.

The customer service skills at this location are definitely lacking. The cashiers are often rude and fail to pay attention to customers, even while assisting them. During my visit, the cashier who was helping me spoke very negatively about their manager to the other cashier right in front of customers, which is very unprofessional. We all curse and we all have bad days but at work and in front of customers is not the time or place for that.

I love morning kitchen staff it’s a colored woman be singing skinny color guy dancing and skinny Caucasian lady be all over the place they cheer me up when sad great food fresh hot and if you wait this color guy a bring it to you

Established friendly and all that but the store is a little dirty and you know it's just didn't go as fast as most cases maybe there's a short that night but that was very nice overall if this is the one over there on 108th and Maple oh my God it is packed 24 hours a day if it was open 24 hours keep it open till midnight or 1:00 you'll be busy the whole time 0 nobody else around there is open that late

This gas station is absolutely terrible I don’t know why I pay for the car wash subscription because this one is closed 90% of the time even when the sign says open it’s not working.
The convenience store is randomly closed late at night some days, not an actual 24 hour convenience store, just 24 hour gas pumps. I’ve went many times after midnight when they have actually been open, but recently after midnight they post a paper sign on the door saying they’re closed on random days at random times. Most likely due to the inability to get someone to work the night shift. Also, the service varies drastically with each employee. Sometimes you’ll get someone who is nice, helpful, and goes above and beyond, and sometimes you’ll get that person that makes you wait at the register for no reason and acts like it’s a chore to do their job.

I ordered here three days ago on the Casey’s app and they cancelled the order but still charged my card. I waited a few days to see if they’d issue the refund I was supposed to receive, but didn’t. I called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I’m frustrated that I need to contact them for a refund on service I didn’t receive in the first place, and now I can’t get anyone on the phone to talk about it.
