Established friendly and all that but the store is a little dirty and you know it's just didn't go as fast as most cases maybe there's a short that night but that was very nice overall if this is the one over there on 108th and Maple oh my God it is packed 24 hours a day if it was open 24 hours keep it open till midnight or 1:00 you'll be busy the whole time 0 nobody else around there is open that late

This gas station is absolutely terrible I don’t know why I pay for the car wash subscription because this one is closed 90% of the time even when the sign says open it’s not working.

The convenience store is randomly closed late at night some days, not an actual 24 hour convenience store, just 24 hour gas pumps. I’ve went many times after midnight when they have actually been open, but recently after midnight they post a paper sign on the door saying they’re closed on random days at random times. Most likely due to the inability to get someone to work the night shift. Also, the service varies drastically with each employee. Sometimes you’ll get someone who is nice, helpful, and goes above and beyond, and sometimes you’ll get that person that makes you wait at the register for no reason and acts like it’s a chore to do their job.

I ordered here three days ago on the Casey’s app and they cancelled the order but still charged my card. I waited a few days to see if they’d issue the refund I was supposed to receive, but didn’t. I called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I’m frustrated that I need to contact them for a refund on service I didn’t receive in the first place, and now I can’t get anyone on the phone to talk about it.

Shopped here on Nov 12. 2024 at 12:30am. The checkout person went above and beyond to make sure I had the condiments I needed for my sandwich which the cook had put away. Very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Absolutely filthy and long, long lines with ONLY 1 cashier working. Human feces on bathroom floor. Told attendant, and was told oh well!!! RUDE Half the gas pumps are outta gas. AVOID CASEY'S if at all possible. I don't know how the place is in business.Just terrible.

Had the last straw with this Casey's today. Service is always slow, made to feel like a bother for asking about one thing, and they never have consistent ice. Only bonus for a while was finding regular pizza before noon, but I barely find anything now.
Very obvious that the company has abandoned this location and I don't have the time and money to waste here while waiting for the company to actually fix the problems outlined in all of the other reviews.
I came this location at 5:50pm tonight. The black guy at cashier was very rude. Never go back

Shelves are always empty in the coolers . If you ask for something, you can clearly see they tell you it is out of stock. They always seem short staffed . Had to go back inside for the gad receipt because it never prints at the pump.
