Employees leaned on the counters chatting while I stood in line. I literally had to address them to pay for my goods. I could have walked out of the store and they'd never know it. To the owner: you need to get your house in order. I'm betting you're losing a ton of money on inattentive employees. Don't send me a link to give more details, I won't waste any more of my time on your poor excuse for a Casey's.

Bad experience this morning I wanted to put air in my tires and I was scammed with $3.50 ( I told the cashier he was rude and said it wasn't his problem.

The customer service here is non existent for paying customer's. I almost lost my sense of the tone deaf dude behind the counter! Why is there ONLY 1 cashier at lunch rush? Why doesn't the ONE cashier have a sense of urgency and respect for other's time? The people that work here are to old to be carrying on as juve's? WHHHHYYYYY is there no leadership at 12:45 in the afternoon? Just shut it down already, enough is enough.

Always extremely slow, employees are often on phones or have earbuds in. You'll see one person checking customers out and others roaming around, on their phones, or just in the back. They will remain on their phones during the transaction as well. Most employees here have no customer service skills. Some of my items rang up incorrectly the last time I stopped in, but they were so busy and only had one person checking people out, that I will have to go back with my receipt to get the refund because I was not waiting in line again- I was overcharged nearly $6. Overall, the store is usually in bad shape, with many items out of stock and it's dirty. This is the closest gas station to my house, but I will likely never return to this location again. It's always problem after problem here. It's clear the managers and employees do not care, and even though Casey's has responded to many reviews on Google, nothing changes.

I ordered a breakfast pizza & for some reason they gave me a pizza with mushrooms on it . Which I’m allergic too .. will never pick up pizza from this location again. side comment I visited Casey’s.com/contact (twice now after the owner replied) after this incident and left this same comment & still waiting on someone to get back to me.

4/2/25. I came in about 11:30 am the gentleman in front of me who barely spoke English tried to pay with $100 bill. The tall gentleman behind the counter got attitude and made a little scene about not taking $100 bills and not having change then involved the other cashier. It wasn't necessary to humiliate that customer. I paid for his purchase to show him some grace. Everyone deserves that sometimes.

This was the worst caseys experience I have ever had. It all started with a terrible layout for checking out. When I got to the mens restroom, the handle was loose, and there was a gap. In addition to this, there was a 2 inch gap in the door, meaning anyone could see you in the restroom. The automatic flushing sensor wasn't working. The mirror and faucet were very loose. In addition to this, the employee didn't even acknowledge me. Also, the gas pumps were continuously stopping. I have always had good experiences at Caseys, but this was just terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASEYS!

Worst Casey's in Omaha hands down. Never open on time. Never open as late as they are supposed to be. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Food is always vile.... Just the worst.. and i usually love Casey's, but this one actually made it so id leave a review.

I stopped in at 7:15 this morning (a Friday) and they didn't have any food out. The pizza rack was empty, the hot case was empty, and the donut trays weren't even in the cabinet. It wasn't already sold out either. It was very obvious that they hadn't even put out anything yet.

Got gas here today and the pump put $150 hold on my card for what ended up being a $30 tank of gas. Because of this my card is now being denied for groceries because I dont have any extra money in my account. Since when does the pump put that large of a hold? This is outrageous and causes major problems for your customers.
