I ordered a breakfast pizza & for some reason they gave me a pizza with mushrooms on it . Which I’m allergic too .. will never pick up pizza from this location again. side comment I visited Casey’s.com/contact (twice now after the owner replied) after this incident and left this same comment & still waiting on someone to get back to me.
4/2/25. I came in about 11:30 am the gentleman in front of me who barely spoke English tried to pay with $100 bill. The tall gentleman behind the counter got attitude and made a little scene about not taking $100 bills and not having change then involved the other cashier. It wasn't necessary to humiliate that customer. I paid for his purchase to show him some grace. Everyone deserves that sometimes.
This was the worst caseys experience I have ever had. It all started with a terrible layout for checking out. When I got to the mens restroom, the handle was loose, and there was a gap. In addition to this, there was a 2 inch gap in the door, meaning anyone could see you in the restroom. The automatic flushing sensor wasn't working. The mirror and faucet were very loose. In addition to this, the employee didn't even acknowledge me. Also, the gas pumps were continuously stopping. I have always had good experiences at Caseys, but this was just terrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASEYS!
Worst Casey's in Omaha hands down. Never open on time. Never open as late as they are supposed to be. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Food is always vile.... Just the worst.. and i usually love Casey's, but this one actually made it so id leave a review.
I stopped in at 7:15 this morning (a Friday) and they didn't have any food out. The pizza rack was empty, the hot case was empty, and the donut trays weren't even in the cabinet. It wasn't already sold out either. It was very obvious that they hadn't even put out anything yet.
The cashiers there a Great fast very friendly and knowledgeable just great customer service

Got gas here today and the pump put $150 hold on my card for what ended up being a $30 tank of gas. Because of this my card is now being denied for groceries because I dont have any extra money in my account. Since when does the pump put that large of a hold? This is outrageous and causes major problems for your customers.
Ordered 33 pizzas. They were out on time and hot.

Terrible Customer Service. Employee was to focused on her phone than her actual job. No greeting what so ever. I’ve never had good service at this location. Better training is definitely needed
My experience with Casey's pizza orders has generally been positive, characterized by fresh and delicious pizzas. However, my most recent order was disappointing, not due to Casey's but rather due to issues with their partner, DoorDash. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver left our pizza on the first floor near the mailboxes without informing us. As a result, the pizza became cold and unappetizing.
Given that I paid $30 for the order and provided a tip to the driver in advance, I had expected the pizza to be delivered directly to my door. Despite this unfortunate experience, I would like to commend the manager at Casey's for his efforts. He acted diligently to rectify the situation by successfully securing a refund from DoorDash, demonstrating a commendable commitment to customer service, even in the face of a challenging interaction with a dissatisfied customer.
Overall, while I appreciate Casey's dedication to quality, I believe they could further enhance their reputation by reconsidering their partnership with DoorDash to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you to the manager of Casey's for making the situation right. You went above and beyond your job description and showed excellent management skills dealing with the situation. Thanks

Store is never stocked and when you ask they tell you it's because there's no help but it's been almost a week of seeing stuff in the back but empty shelves. Make it make sense i would add that's it's not the employees there it's the employees that don't show up and leave them that are there to do everything while being understaffed
