Went here for a work holiday party. The mini bowling was a lot of fun & the place has an upscale atmosphere. The service was also excellent from both the bar and servers. Unfortunately, the food and drinks are lacking. We had steak quesadillas and tacos. The steak in the quesadillas was tough and stringy, and the quesadillas were bland in general. The tacos were good but nothing special. The drink selection was just bad. They only had 4 beers on tap & nothing worth ordering. I had the Toki Highball cocktail and it had way too much soda in it. Overall, I would say go for the bowling but avoid the food and drinks.

I have been to cham pang lanes once prior to last night, the atmosphere and concept is amazing. It is definitely a fun night. Our service that night was not great, but we gave grace it was just an off night for our server.
Last night we showed up for our reservation at 930pm, to be told the private party extended and they would no longer honor our reservation. When you plan your night around something, just to arrive and be told it is cancelled it is very poor customer service. The moment the party extended, phone calls should have gone out to those of us with reservations. I understand the business needs to make money and the private party was priority, but for us to show up to find out was not the right way to handle it.

I had my 30th birthday here and it was amazing!! I highly recommend this place if you are considering having a party or girls night out. The drinks are delicious, strong and pleasing to the eye. This place has a very fun aesthetic, great for lots of photo ops. Victoria was super kind and easy to work with, her communication was prompt and she truly streamlined my vision. ALL of the staff was so friendly, and the server who handled our section of almost 20 people was phenomenal. Service was out of this world, her timing was amazing and she was very thoughtful, solving unstated needs, and making sure the guests who were Gluten Free were cared for. We had a chicken nacho bar and it was delicious- I also really liked the variety of sides offered!! My only regret is not eating more throughout the night. I brought a cold cake and a savory focaccia “cake”- they offered to put the cold one in the freezer and the focaccia on a warmer. One of my gifts was left on top of the cold cake and our server made sure to keep it safe.
The bowling itself was really fun. The lanes didn’t malfunction once during our 3 hours of gameplay, and the booths are comfy and spacious. The host proactively informed us that if we needed to add more people to the game, he would be happy to help, since it can’t be done from the computer on the lane.
Sometimes you walk into a place, excited to be there, and it feels underwhelming or small.. Like all you are is a customer. This was without a doubt the most special birthday I have ever had, and I contribute a lot of that to the quality of this venue, the staff and the services provided. Thank you for making me feel seen and cared for on my special day 💗

Our family enjoyed the holiday weekend in the Omaha area and attended the Iowa vs. Nebraska football game. We were looking for something else to do on Saturday the group consisted of many young children under six. The little ones enjoyed the bowling and the Adults had a nice time too. Emmy the Host welcomed our party and made sure we got off to a good start. Evan did did a great job with service from the bar and kitchen. The Bartender Sandy was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is really neat. Great Vibe Thank you all for your efforts

Sandy was incredibly hospitable! We showed up without a reservation just for a drink and she turned a one drink experience into a night we won't forget! Will at ghost donkey was amazing, Sandy was the coolest, kindest, and made us feel so welcomed! Maddy who helped us on our lane was incredible! We had so much fun that the manager Victoria introduced herself and made all of our experience go from a 10/10 to a 15/10! Please go to this place and meet some of these amazing people and then enjoy the. Owling and food!

I may not fully understand what she's referring to, but I’ve consistently appreciated our interactions at this location and the professionalism she’s demonstrated. I also couldn’t help but notice that some of Ja's other comments in other areas seem to express similar frustrations, which makes me wonder if there might be a misunderstanding here.

Get a new event manager or train her with phone etiquette and sales training. To learn how to do sales versus trying to push things down people’s neck. Maybe try to understand what brings the people in? Instead of throwing a title show your experience because by far the worst I’ve seen to the point I just hung up the phone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A must-do if you’re staying in downtown Omaha! Just a short walk from anywhere downtown and absolutely worth it. The atmosphere and décor are awesome — modern, clean, and full of energy.
Maddie, the bartender, took great care of us and brought our drinks right to our lane while we were playing miniature bowling. It’s only $5 per person per hour, and we even bought another hour because we were having so much fun! We went on Taco Tuesday — $2 tacos — and they were excellent. The Carne Asada was our favorite, but the shredded chicken was still really good.
Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great vibes, good food, and a fun night out in downtown Omaha.

Our company recently threw an event at Cham Pang Lanes with the help of their Director of Events/Assistant Manager, Victoria. We were coordinating a welcome party for around 100 people, and she helped us every step of the way to make our experience amazing. She was such a help with figuring out food + drink options/amounts, dietary restrictions, ambiance, and any custom requests I had.
It took such a huge load off my shoulders to know that she and her team had everything handled, and our night couldn't have turned out any better. Even when we got to the end of our allotted time, Victoria and staff worked with us to extend the time limits and continue the good vibes to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. I would HIGHLY recommend any parties to try out Cham Pang Lanes!
