The food at Charlestons was great! Prepared perfectly, significant portions and full of flavor!! The dining room is a little loud when very busy, but it is always from the patrons having a great meal and conversation.
I had the fillet and a lemon drop martini. When with 3 other people and all loved the food.

Very disappointing 😞 Steak was waaay overcooked and charred. When I brought it to the servers attention she swiped my plate away, glaring at me, and left to have another one cooked. I had not even had a chance to finish my side. A manager brought the new steak out and said she would wait while I cut into it. It was so dark I could barely see but it was def not overdone this time, almost under cooked. She smirked, never apologized and while she walked away, whispered to the server. Rudest service I've had! They didn't seem sorry at all to ruin my meal and acted like it was my fault. You would think they could be empathetic since the steak was $45! Will never return.

Fantastic experience, fantastic food, and fantastic service! My only gripe about the atmosphere is some of the people want to pretend they're rich while they're drunk and are extremely loud, but that's no fault of the establishment, just goes to show you how well regarded it is!

The service here is always great, but lately the food— not so much. The barbecue ribs were dry and burnt. Next time, the steak was tough, and the last time we went here the Caesar salad was limp and flavorless. Three times, they are out.
Let me start by saying that Charlestons is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant. We eat here at least two to three times a month between dinning in or takeout. Our experiences are almost always positive. However, today that was not the case. Everything was going great up until entree service. We waited over thirty minutes for our food and when it arrived my steak was completely overcooked (well done when ordered medium). When mentioning this to the server there was only an offer for a complimentary dessert as compensation. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years and am still currently employed by a similar competitor. What I’m most upset about is that a mistake was made on a $60 steak and a manager never came by to apologize and there was one readily available and she was assisting others with bussing nearby. This was not our normal experience and what we’ve come to appreciate from this location. Very disappointing.

A friend and I had such an incredible Sunday afternoon here! We have always loved this spot, but our server Brady made it especially special! He was very attentive and made sure we had exactly what we asked for. It made our experience so much better and we will be asking for him in the future.

The Prime Rib French Dip and Rueben were wonderful and full of flavor with plenty to eat. Loved the cheese addition. Our server was very friendly and kind as well as checking on us frequently and keeping up refills. The only observation I had was that in the food preparation area a male with long hair was leaning over and rubbing his hands through his hair over and over. Another female was putting up her long hair swinging it around. Other that that it was a great experience. Thank you!
