Let me start by saying that Charlestons is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant. We eat here at least two to three times a month between dinning in or takeout. Our experiences are almost always positive. However, today that was not the case. Everything was going great up until entree service. We waited over thirty minutes for our food and when it arrived my steak was completely overcooked (well done when ordered medium). When mentioning this to the server there was only an offer for a complimentary dessert as compensation. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years and am still currently employed by a similar competitor. What I’m most upset about is that a mistake was made on a $60 steak and a manager never came by to apologize and there was one readily available and she was assisting others with bussing nearby. This was not our normal experience and what we’ve come to appreciate from this location. Very disappointing.

Bradly was our server and he was AMAZING! So personable and easy to talk to. He took the time to chat with us, was incredibly sweet, and stayed on top of everything we needed. Truly one of the best service experiences we’ve had!! 10/10 Service

A friend and I had such an incredible Sunday afternoon here! We have always loved this spot, but our server Brady made it especially special! He was very attentive and made sure we had exactly what we asked for. It made our experience so much better and we will be asking for him in the future.

The Prime Rib French Dip and Rueben were wonderful and full of flavor with plenty to eat. Loved the cheese addition. Our server was very friendly and kind as well as checking on us frequently and keeping up refills. The only observation I had was that in the food preparation area a male with long hair was leaning over and rubbing his hands through his hair over and over. Another female was putting up her long hair swinging it around. Other that that it was a great experience. Thank you!

Met friends at Chaleston's for lunch yesterday. Our waiter was borderline obsessed with singing the praises of their new fried chicken. It was intense and weird and a little uncomfortable. But when we took a bite of the fried chicken the Heavens opened and the angels sang and suddenly we understood his obsession. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, perfectly juicy chicken. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

I came here alone for lunch on a weekday afternoon, I ordered the chicken parm dinner with their seasonal wine drink which I think was the Autumn Sangria, the food was amazing as always, the drink however was pretty bad so I didn't finish that, my server was great, the only downside to my lunch there was one hostess, she was a younger girl probably early 20's, when I first came in she didn't greet me let alone smile or acknowledge me, however the second hostess that was standing there had nudged the first hostess to let her know they had another customer so she went to seat me all without a single word let alone a nice facial expression she just seemed like she really didn't want to be at work that day given her attitude, so because of that I rated this location at 4 stars instead of 5. If the hostesses at the front had been friendly and that bar drink had been good, it would've been 5 stars.

The atmosphere is not the same as the old location but not being the same doesn't make it bad.

Solid dining experience; good food, good service. Chalrestons is very efficient on their table management and turning of tickets/tables. So if you want to get in and get out, this works well. Elevated standard cuisine.
