First experience was on Valentine's Day. Excellent service. Food was awesome. Had the ribeye and prime rib. Croissants were awesome. Second time we came for my wife's bday. Lackluster, slow service, seemed like they really wanted us to leave because it was dead. Manager was walking around yelling inappropriate things at other staff. Food was undercooked. First time.. worth the $60 per person. Second time.. meh. Probably won't be back for a while.
Wonderful experience at Charleston’s restaurant. The cocktails & mocktails were fabulous! The food was DELICIOUS!! My daughter loved the Caesar salad and is eager to go back. Definitely will be returning ?

To noisy in both of these restaurants. Spinach and Artichoke dip is always great. Filet was under cooked then over cooked. Was told would be taken off bill by waiter but he didn't verify! It wasn't so had to ask about that. Chicken strips were cold on one of the plates. I used to think Charletons was the best but really disappointed in last two visits.

Omg this is why I want to move to Omaha for food like this. I'm tired of the rural dame duplicated menu found in the town 10 miles in all 4 directions. Ok fish or prime rib or roasted chicken is only offered in rural locations 52 wks every year for the longevity of the restaurant. Not here, talk about amazing food & choices that are not boring. Elegant, sophisticated, affordable for the current economy yet still the cost hits you no matter where you go. Even McD's can cost neat $10 per person. So spent more to go here, eat above quality & healthier food. You won't regret plus the ambiance is over the top, service is the best, food the very best... you won't regret it I promise based on my experience. I'm going back my next trip in 2 wks. My 16 yr old son is having open heart surgery Oct 28. So the 3 wks he's in the hospital I'll sneak him food from here back to the hospital as soon as he can eat a full real meal. This will be his treat & his widow mommas too. Lost his daddy young in life to hos same severe congestive heart failure he has & lost his paternal Grandpa a mo after his Dad to the exact same. This to-go meal is one of the only things I'm looking forward to in our weeks ahead as crazy as that sounds. Goes to show how good it really is.
Vegetarian options: Full menu to fit all dietary our needs or wants otherwise you can ask for custom made foods. They will make it about any way you want. Love this place.

The steak was delicious. The honey croissant that was served with the salad was delicious. The fried onions on top of the steak was the perfect topping! The spinach and the artichoke dip as an appetizer just put the icing on the cake!
