Ordered the cheeseburger. Cut it in half after it arrived. Bun was way too soggy so separated the bun and patty. No cheese on the cheeseburger. Took 1 more bite and it was horrible. Most definitely a frozen and not fresh patty. No flavor, grey inside and stringy. After we got our plates, we didn’t see our server again until the bill was paid.

We had the fries with bacon and cheese. And plain fries. Those are good. I got the blackened white fish dish. It was good but certainly not what I think when I get blackened fish. Roce was ok also. Broccoli was lacking any flavor. Meal was just mid. But that might be because I got gluten free? Everyone always thinks Cheddar's is amazing and I just don't see the hype. Again not bad just don't see the hype.

We were seated right away. Our waitress ignored us a lot, took her 30 minutes to even get our drink refilled & that was AFTER we had to hunt her down & request it. On top of it our food took over 30 minutes to arrive (there were only 4 of us & a toddler). My burger was room temp & overcooked. This was a birthday celebration for my elderly mom & the impression was below par. The waitress acted annoyed when my son ordered a piece of carrot cake for my mom. I was embarrassed.

Waited 15 min. Told hostess just table of 1. She tells me sit anywhere in bar. Sat 20 min. No help. Then I was told only at the bar and told to leave my table. No open seats at bar by that time. 40 min wasted. Never go back
The food was Meh. The waitress was nice, but the hostess was bickering with another host and made us feel uncomfortable. The menus were also pretty dirty. Lastly, the desert was really disappointing. I would not recommend it at all. We got the hot fudge cake sundae and the cookie.

This place is a joke. I had a party of 9, called ahead for a reservation or to add myself to the waitlist. They would not accommodate so if you want to waste your time come here but if not, find somewhere else. Do better. You are in the service business.
