I always try to support small black business owners, so I am very disappointed with this review I’m leaving for this place of business. It saddens me, however, for this place to be EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, I was not impressed at all! For starters, I don’t like sweet potatoes and neither does my wife. We ordered the chicken dinner with cabbage and mac n cheese and I ordered the fish with mac n cheese and okra. Got no okra and no cabbage. Strike 1! Strike 2 is that the chicken and fish were very overcooked. Just really bad! We paid over $50 for this because we don’t eat out much. We typically cook at home but we were having an at home dinner date and it was ruined. Never ever again. I do mean NEVER again. To top it off they have no phone to call and no website! I really need small business owners to do better all around. Times are hard for everyone so if you’re selling a $30 meal, it better be on point. Too bad yall missed the mark this one

The food is ok. I can't purchase a kids meal like 12 year olds are walking up to food trucks. I tip every time I purchase but obviously that's not enough. You can't even support your own local black owned food trucks without them trying to get more money out of you and it's sad. I'll never purchase again though. Trying to go back and forth with a paying customer about you being a business owner is irrelevant. Are you really a Chef? Where's the culinary degree because the food is not all that. There's better fish in Omaha and my greens taste better and I'm not a chef.

Great food by a wonderful chef! I wanted to post a picture of my food but I ate it to fast lol. Whenever I'm craving home cooked soul food I'll be stopping by. The Yama were amazing and fried chicken was crispy and well seasoned. It was my first time stopping by but it won't be my last!

I am a harsh critic. I know how to cook, just don't like to. I didn't really have high hopes for a food truck that serves food that I know I can make well myself but let me tell you! Chef Duane's food was BEYOND expectation! My mom, yes she is a white woman, makes the best greens I have ever had in my life, but Chef! Keep Chefing! They were the next best I have ever tried! Usually bland and lacking flavor. No, no, no! Not by Chef Duane! You can definitely taste the Caribbean influence but it's absolutely wonderful! Thank you Chef Duane! 💓

I ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak and I decided to take a bite before leaving the parking lot. Well let's just say I ended up eating the whole meal in the parking lot. The chicken and veggies taste really fresh and great service. Will definitely be back!!
