The chicken sandwich i had was good, but not worth the hype. The fries were soft. Even waffle style fries should be crispy. Was honestly not worth $27 for 2 people.

Ordered a spicy grilled club no cheese bacon nothing just grilled chicken on a bun, I know it was close to closing but out of tea, Mac and cheese and soggy fries were all ok until they messed up my sandwich too….

Ordered a mobile order and came in to get the order and they gave my food to someone else. Their solution is to call corporate there’s nothing we can do. After spending $50 on food and that is all you can do is crazy!! The managers did nothing! Zero stars.

I went through the drive through and there was a hair in my spicy chicken sandwich. First of all, who made that sandwich and thought, yeah this is fine?? Second, I brought it inside to return it and the cashier didn’t even listen to me. Literally turned around and walked away when I was mid-sentence. This resulted in her giving me a regular chicken sandwich with pickles when I specifically asked for (and just ordered) a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. This is not the first time I’ve ordered inside and the cashier messed up my order. I’m officially done with this place. The drive through is usually fine but the cashiers inside are horrible and now the hair!!!
