I usually get grilled nuggets and french fries only due to not being able to have gluten. It was specified that I can't have gluten and that's why I do a grilled nuggets. Ate all my fries and then noticed I was given regular nuggets, which have gluten in them. They were bagged in the same bag as my fries, which can cause cross contamination. Since they weren't careful about giving me the right food that is gluten free, I'm going to guess gloves weren't changed as they're supposed to do when someone can't have gluten/wheat or any other allergen as well. I have been to many other Chick-fil-A restaurants that have been great about making sure I get the proper meal and doing their best to not cross contaminate.I would post a picture showing the nuggets and my receipt, but I don't see a place to add a picture.

I believe this is a hidden secret in Omaha. Not very busy which we loved, and not because of the food or service. I had grilled chicken nuggets for the first time. Excellent. The fries were hot. My wife had the chicken tortilla soup. My favorite is the yogurt parfait.Wheelchair accessibility: Spaces right up front.
I’m going to this place because close to my home but the 99% of the time my orders are wrong. Today wasn’t the exception . I ordered a spicy Deluxe and the gave me the regular chicken sandwich. . Fries were old and super salty.This place is the worst.

i asked the girl to put 3 sauces in the bag and she put none, and when i turn back again through the drive through asking her she forgot to put the sauces she gave me the worst attitude i ever experienced. the time it happened was 10:48am March 8, 2024. manager get with her to fix her attitude or pay her enough for that not to happen. Thank you.

The kitchen Manager/owners, brother, Kirk treats his staff horribly, and the cleanliness of the cooking instruments including the fryers, is not up to par, And they promote people Based on how much the upper management likes people not based on abilities, so the lower level kitchen Manager Ruby is underqualified And the only reason she’s the manager manager manager is because half of her family works there, but then she treats anybody that is not family horribly The restaurant on 72nd and Dodge is fairly close by and 1000 times better and I just think no one should support this particular location
