I live 30 mins away from this place and I always have great experience and no complaints but tonight was not the night I ordered 2 kids meals and 2 combo meals. I paid extra for large and got medium drinks, I had hardly any "fries" and I also had to turn into the parking lot and go inside to get my kids drinks that they forgot to hand to me. Not happy.

Honestly, the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Not only did they not have the food ready when I get there I was handed this “free chicken gift card” to say sorry but only able to be used at that Chick-fil-A. Which I rejected because, I had to go inside to get and the food. Open the bag to see completely burnt fries. The chicken tenders are uneditable and the wrap is sub par. Seriously, get your customer service together and your food together

Whoever the manager is here was with a black shirt, bald head, was mean to me as a door dasher. He was super short with me about me asking for an update on the order for my customer. He was upset cuz I interrupted his important job of plugging in a usb cable, said it wasn’t ready, but it in fact was, he just didn’t want to check. Worst experience at chick fil a in my life. Ordered a simple order of two spicy sandwiches and got deluxes after I said no. Fries were the bottom of the barrel and one of the larges was only half full. 0/10 wouldnt recommend. Bad customer service sat in line for 20 mins to correct order still came out wrong. Its not rocket science.

The restaurant is very dirty by Chick Fil A standards. Bandaids are on the floor in the play area along with other debris. It doesn't look like they have swept in a while.

Last time I went to this Chick-fil-A location in November2024, I found a big long black human hair in my chicken nuggets. The hair had been cooked in the fryer because it had chicken batter draped on it in multiple places. I took the hair on a plastic lid back to the store drive through because I was concerned their workers were NOT wearing head coverings in the kitchen. The teenage manager simply said “Sorry, that’s so gross” and offered me another box of nuggets. I said “ NO Thank you!” More of their food was the last thing I wanted. I have not been able to go back to that restaurant.

Staff is friendly, but not quite as friendly as 124th & Dodge. They gave me two free chicken sandwiches for having to wait a few extra minutes for a Doordash order, went and got the sandwiches the next day and they were alright but I'd never buy them for that price.
