I had very bad service here from our server and the manager on duty at this location. I had to get my own to-go box and get up and get my grand daughters refill. I was never asked how our meal was. I had to flag our server down to order something to-go and my burger was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and she said sorry and dismissed it. She didn't even offer to remake my burger. For the $85 we spent, it was definitely not worth it. We watched people in our area get good service, but we were barely spoken to. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced

I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years because of a bad experience and thought why not give them another shot they might be better. IT WAS NOT BETTER!
From the moment we entered, we could see the staff run off their feet and several tables needing to be bussed. Still, we sat and ordered our appetizers and entrees. The whole restaurant was a flurry of activity between to-go orders and tables so the service was slow but our waitress did her best in the chaos and she was the only good thing about the meal. The food came out warm but not hot and really not amazing in flavor but it is a chain restaurant so we took it as it was.
All and all it was a meh experience that was until a few hours later when we were both violently sick! We were completely incapacitated for days and are still recovering from it so ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!

We waited almost ten minutes without even being acknowledged. The lady at the front came to the front desk numerous times without saying waite, or I'll be with you in a second. We found it strange that when she acknowledged us, we were told it would be a thirty-five minute wait, even though I counted ten open tables. Come to find out only by me asking that they were short staffed, which I understand but at least state that to customers. Once we were seated, things seemed to flow smooth, we'll I thought. Our food took about twenty minutes but I have no problem with that. The problem I did have was the cook smothered the bun in mustard, which made the burger nasty. And to top it off, my server never came back to our table, not even to give us our bill. I ended up paying at the kiosk at the table and having a dry mouth.

We both ordered the Three for Me Cheeseburger, frys and soup or salad. With iced tea and strawberry lemonade for $10.99. Food is very good. Service was slow as they still have their staff come in at 5 pm. The place started filling up at 4:30 pm. Half the tables were full and most were not seniors.

Tonight was the first time we've ever been to Chili's and I was super excited because I just really wanted to get my hands on those mozz sticks lol. That was the only good part of the whole experience. My husband and I went with our 2 kids. The fried mozz was the best I've had. The honey Chipotle crispers almost made me sick. The wings were awesome. The bites had no flavor according to my kids and my husband. We paid 94$ before tip and only 2 of the items on our plates were any good. The drink that was on sale was horrible, I'm not sure if it's meant to be as strong as it is but I couldn't drink it. The only reason I didn't ask for my money back was because it kind of seemed like our waitress, while very attentive, was already having a hard night. We probably won't be back.
