I had very bad service here from our server and the manager on duty at this location. I had to get my own to-go box and get up and get my grand daughters refill. I was never asked how our meal was. I had to flag our server down to order something to-go and my burger was undercooked. I spoke to the manager and she said sorry and dismissed it. She didn't even offer to remake my burger. We waited almost ten minutes without even being acknowledged. The lady at the front came to the front desk numerous times without saying waite, or I'll be with you in a second. We found it strange that when she acknowledged us, we were told it would be a thirty-five minute wait, even though I counted ten open tables. We both ordered the Three for Me Cheeseburger, frys and soup or salad. With iced tea and strawberry lemonade for $10.99. Food is very good. Service was slow as they still have their staff come in at 5 pm. The place started filling up at 4:30 pm. Half the tables were full and most were not seniors.
