First of all my husband had to wait forever for someone to come out to take the order! We got combo lo mein with extra shrimp and egg. Why did they send me and entire container of scrambled eggs!?? Enough for at least 4 people!! Why not just add the egg to the food like normal? Ok, then, the extra shrimp!!! Omg!!! I shared the love mein with my son and it was hot, tasty, looked and tasted delicious! But after I had given him some and got to the middle and bottom of the container I saw that the extra shrimp were breaded, fried shrimp!! Not the kind that were on top of the food!!! These literally have breading on them!!! Wth!!?? And they are not even good and were probably left over or something!!! Never again!!! Never again!!!

Great Food and tons of it! Ordered take out and came home to an abundance of food that just came out of the fryer and wok! Still piping hot. Delicious and the staff while i waited was super friendly. We moved from Olde Towne Bellevue to North Omaha and tried all Oriental foods in between and this is by far our Best. Now we have a great spot, close to home that serves great fresh fast food! Thank you all at China Palace
Can't say anything wrong about this place. Been eating here for decades. I refuse to eat anyone else's food. The customer service is ALWAYS 100% GREAT! FOOD IS SOOO GOOD and they treat you like family in there if it's your 1st time or 1000x being there. Dining in is so relaxing and has a very comfortable feel.UPDATE: super disappointed I had a jet black piece of hair in my food and if you see my hair there was no way it was mine. I was so grossed out I lost my appetite and haven’t been back. That was about 6 months ago.

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS.. ME & MY FAMILY! The husband and wife have Exceptional Customer Service, they do the very best they can EVERYDAY! How many restaurants can you go to and see the Actual Owners (Husband & Wife) Cooking up some very tasty meals for us Customers,, yes they may make mistakes with certain things, yes everything may not be in tip top shape, its very hard out here for lots of businesses to hold staff members so some things may not be up to par, but with their meals they are delicious, they ALWAYS give more than what we should really pay for, its and excellent place to grab takeout for the your entire family and a beautiful reasonable price.. I will continue to come here and again the Customer Service is Exceptional! I would give them 6 stars if I could and YES I'm a real Customer.. Have a nice day people!.. Quality over Quantity any day!

They seem to have changed their recipes on most things since last time ai was there several years ago. The egg drop soup is now entirely too sweet and their sesame chicken is no longer using the red sweet and sour sauce and it's now a brown sauce with not much flavor. Very sad about the changes.

This is a take out, I had never tried the soup, I ordered egg drop and sweet and sour. Have a bit of a cold so the chicken broth sounded good in the egg drop. I was disappointed as the egg drop didn’t taste like chicken broth and it was very sweet. Also the sweet sour soup is more sweet. Each persons taste are individual. Me personally I thought the soup was too sweet.

Not great , tables sticky ,overpriced and you have to buy soda per bottle seemed overpriced being we had to look at the menu standing at the counter and then place our order , almost like a take out place and not an actual restaurant as no one even checked on us . And after your response I will for sure not ever give your establishment, another shot .... very rude ! Will go across the street to China Bowl where they are always gracious and kind, clean .

This is the worst Chinese food we've ever had. Too start on Google it says they are open until 9:30 we called to order our food at 8:25 and they said that they close at 9 and rushed our order and told us to get there before 9. 8:50 comes around and we are pulling in the parking lot and we receive a call from them telling us our food it ready. We picked up our general chicken and spring rolls. When we get home we get everything out to eat and the Chicken is practically 2 whole chicken breast not cut up barely done and completely soaked in sauce. The rice texture and taste was almost like its insta rice. We will never eat here again and will make sure to tell people to stay far away.
My family and i been come here for years. Today was different the husband and wife was very rude, no Customer skills, I will not go back. ?.
