My favorite Chipotle in the Omaha area. Whether ordering in person or on the app I seem to always get the same portion sizes and I appreciate the consistency. Food good and orders always correct.

The girl prepping food constantly wipes her nose while wrapping food up. It’s disgusting. I’ll never eat here again. Had to walk out twice

Tired of employees rolling their eyes when I ask for plain rice without cilantro. I never say anything when I see it but going to start calling them out. Takes 5 seconds and they act like it’s the worst thing ever… grow up.

Just avoid this location if possible. Every time I got there’s someone being rude to customers. No matter how nice you are to them they serve you with such hate. I went here today around 1pm and the girl serving meat and rice was so rude to customers for no reason. Was so stingy with the rice and beans as well, even after politely asking for more rice. It’s like they think it’ll come out of their paycheck or something. Anyways, nobody is forcing you to work girl, just quit if you can’t be nice to customers. From now on I’ll be driving farther to the saddle creek location.

Usually pretty good when they have their A team and it’s rush hour but there’s a definite drop in service when they are not in rush hours and A team and manager are not present. The most recent time I went, however it was a different team of people and it was not up to par. The gentlemen in front of me was new to chipotle and had three mini burritos so it was taking some extra time. The gentleman helping me with my bowl asked me what I wanted on it before he could even reach for it, which caused me to correct him at least once. When I paid for my food the gentleman in front of me card did not go through, so the cashier had me pay for his food instead of mine while the gentleman walked away. It took about five minutes for him to figure out how to refund me while another employee, I assume an assistants manager, watched over his shoulder e and didn’t move to help him. When I did pay for my food I dined in, and the employees never asked the man who didn’t pay to come back and pay, which is odd. I guess if your card doesn’t scan right away they’ll still give you your food and never charge you for it, which may a plus to some.
On my last two visits, there’s been a man sitting at the large center table with personal items spread out, and while I’m not sure whether he’s purchased food, it does make the dining space feel less welcoming. He stared at customers as they walked in, which made me a little uncomfortable. More concerning, though, is that both times I’ve seen him there, the men’s restroom was locked for the entire time I ate—about 15 to 20 minutes—because he had gone inside and locked the door. Multiple patrons couldn’t use the restroom as a result. I don’t know what Chipotle’s policy is in situations like this, but it feels unfair when paying customers don’t have access to basic facilities because someone is locked in there bathroom.

At this location, it felt like they were hesitant with the portions almost like they didn’t want to serve too much or didn’t want to make more, which made the meal a little underwhelming. I had to ask for doubles of almost everything just to feel like I got a full plate except the sour cream, they weren’t shy with that. The rice had a few hard pieces, too, which threw off the texture. That said, the staff was friendly and the space looked clean, so it wasn’t all bad.

I was in there last night pick my online order I made and the lady said I be a sec and she was make my order and ask do I need a extra soft shell. I’m a burrito because it was a little bit big. And ask her do I pay for it but she said don’t worry about and got say really good employees that work there
