Sadly, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever tried. It smelled really good when I walked in, but now I suspect it was coming from the restaurant next door.I always order the same thing, and the food has been consistently good at all the other locations. These folks have gone rogue.I gotta ask - what's up with your onions?! They are large chunks of overwhelmingly strong nastiness (and I love onions). The beans were dried and crusty, the chicken was close to jerky, and the order size small.And, I get it, work sucks, but all the staff looked cranky and unhappy. This location could use a visit from Corporate.

Quite disappointed in this locationDon’t get me wrong I love chipotle it’s the place to go when looking for something freshUnfortunately this location lacked there of the service spoons ,the pans that display there food in where obviously sitting crusted around the pans a spoons it’s just looked horribleAlso stumbled across a great surprise while biting in my burrito a bone of some sort47 bucks worth of foodHope they step there game up

Came into this location 1 hr 30 mins before close. Never again will I come here. Guy at the front (Drew I believe) with no one in line took 2 mins to say “can I help you..?” When he finally made eye contact. We asked for white rice and there was probably half a bowls worth and it was crusty and clumped. Asked if there was another other rice he said nope. A small amount of clumped rice had dropped out of the bowl and he used his hand to grab it, literally crush it then put it into my bowl. I said nevermind I’m not hungry anymore and would not like it considering the rice situation and then no steak corn etc. he took my bowl, dumped the rice literally back out again, had an attitude and then totally arrogantly tossed my empty bowl into the trash smiling. My boyfriend and I said we won’t come back and we never will. Place is trash

Went in to get some food late tonight but it’s still 40min till close but the one guy on line was in such a bad unapologetic mood he wouldn’t even greet or acknowledge me when i walked up to the counter. He then proceeded to fulfill my order half-hazardly along with an online order just shaking his head whispering under his breath and throwing things around with no care. Wasn’t even up front that they didn’t even have things like cheese or the corn salsa until i was getting done with my order. Then proceeded to just throw all my items in a bag and not even ask if i wanted the receipt or even a bye. Just carried on acting all miserable. Honestly this is usually my families go to Chipotle but my visit tonight has completely soured my view of this store and i’ll think twice about going here again.

This location's quality of food can vary from day-to-day. Typically this location is pretty good, although some employees do skimp you out when it comes to servings. I always ask for extra but some employees still will just do one small, measly scoop. It doesn't hurt anyone to get what I'm paying for. But overall, would recommend.
