I am a frequent customer and have started to shy from coming back to this location. Cleanliness at this location is not good. Finding a clean table around or after dinner time is tough. Online ordering is generally 10-15 minutes late after requested time (even at less busy times). And if dining after 7pm there is generally ingredients that are no longer available. I really hope this location can turn it around due to the proximity to my house but has not shown improvement the last 3-6 months.

Constantly "out" of ingredients. The current team working at this location is simply too lazy to make more, and when they do, its not made right. Always undercooked or cold. Do better or get a different job šŸ¤” 🤷 🤨

horrible service. the food is never temperate checked, so save your stomach. they leave trash outside so the raccoons come and don’t even get me started on the manager lesley she is horribly rude and how she talks to her workers is so disgusting and disrespectful. worst chipotle in omaha. it needs new management.

We ordered catering for 15 people at $11+ per person. chipotle gave us enough food for 5-10 people (not 15 which we paid for). As an example, The rice was gone after 7 people went through the line. They didn’t even give us 15 tortillas. I drove back to the restaurant and explained to the Mgr. He tried to be helpful and after a 10-15 min wait, he gave me more rice and tortillas but said I would have to pay more for more chicken. After coming home with extra rice and tortillas, we were able to feed about 12 people. My wife ended up having to make extra food.
I highly recommend to anyone to stay away from Chipotle for catering. This has now happened to us at two different Chipotles so it’s a trend.
The food tasted great but you need to order 1.5-2 times the amount that you should, if you go the catering route with Chipotle. At 1.5-2 times the price, you could order a much higher quality meal.

The food is usually good quality like any other chipotle. Sometimes they get your order wrong but generally it's correct. Can't comment on atmosphere as I haven't actually eaten here but if taken literally, then breathable.

I have been to this location a handful of times in the last couple of months and every time I’ve been we’ve dined in. The dining has been trashed, ice all over the pop machine, Fresca machine leaking everywhere, sopping mess on the floor, not a clean table to sit at. I can understand being busy and not getting to the dining frequently enough, which is why I didn’t do a review until now. But now that I have been 4-5 times and it seems to ALWAYS be trashed I’m a concerned customer. The food and service is been good but the cleanliness is shameful

Ordered online for delivery tonight. Missing one entire entree. I have requested a side of the vinaigrette dressing with my quesadilla twice on delivery orders and it was left out both times. Requested a refund for the missing entree with the online chat assistant ā€œPepperā€ before I opened the rest of the food. Got the entree refunded, but then noticed that my quesadilla was garbage-almost can’t see the cheese because there is so little and the tiny amount of carnitas is dried out. Tried to get back on chat to request a refund for that but too bad so sad, case is closed for my order. I hate that the resolution with online orders is just to refund. That doesn’t get my husband fed tonight. If I call the restaurant I will just get a coupon I’m sure—I don’t want one. The food is just bad now and no one cares about doing a good job anymore.

Ordered doordash tonight. Ordered a burrito, Quesadilla, and chips and salsa. Burrito was sent as a bowl, not a burrito. Not even sure whah the Quesadilla was, there were 3 tortillas wrapped in foil inside. And the sides were wrong. There was a rogue piece of chicken on my side of guac for the burrito I didn't get. As a vegetarian, that is concerning. Queso was disgusting, consistency like Elmer's glue. I've tried this location before but its been bad far too many times.

Apparently Chipotle still calls themselves a Mexican restaurant but still doesn't offer jalapeƱos.

This is why we don't go to chipotle.
