Generally pretty forgiving about the Chipotle portion size debate, but this particular location gave me THREE pieces of pepper (fajita veggy) when I had ordered "double fajita veggies". Pretty darn sad. Smallest portions I've ever seen from a Chipotle overall, but the fajita veggie part was the most ridiculous. (From an online order.)
Edit: went back again on November 6th. Again ordered extra fajita vegetables. Again they gave me three pieces of pepper. I think they are literally counting them out. If I had ordered normal fajita vegetables would it had only been two pieces? Attaching a photo. This is before ever taking a bite. (It's a stirred up because I was looking around for more pieces to be fair in my assessment.)
Vegetarian options: Can't really eat vegetarian if they give you no vegetables.

After testing all Chipotle locations in Omaha, Lincoln, and Fremont I can say this location is the worst. In our testing they ranked dead last in serving size, weight, speed and quality of food. The burritos at this location are about HALF the size of a burrito you’d get at any other location. We tested this location 13 times in the last 3 months. Not a single time did we get a burrito close to the size or weight of other locations. It would take about 3 burritos from this location to equal 1 burrito for the center st location. When I told the manager this and showed her the data I was told that I was wrong and that in fact everything they make is “pre-proportioned” which is obviously false. When I showed her my tennis ball of a burrito she said that it was acceptable and the standard size of their burritos. Idk about you but I’m not paying $13 for a barebones burrito the size of a tennis ball, other patrons of the restaurant agreed with me. This location needs seriously staff training or they need to clean house.

Ordered a veggie bowl and a chicken bowl with extra everything. There were 3 pieces of steak in my girlfriends veggie bowl. My chicken bowl had like 5 pieces of chicken. Both bowls had like half a scoop of rice. $24 down in the trash.

The food was good. Service was nothing spectacular. The tables and floors were dirty so you couldn't sit and eat. We ate in our car. Would recommend a different location.

I normally love this location however today I left both disappointed and discussed by what I observed a server and cook doing in the kitchen area...very poor hand hygiene and lack of respect for public safety.

This is for the one on saddlecreek. I went yesterday to just get a burrito. I saw there was brisket. The initial young man was very accommodating. However the young lady saw no brisket and stated in a very rude manner we out of brisket. No apology no if they are working on it. And yet there is a tip jar. I travel the country for a living and I have never been to such a rude Chipotle. I got chicken by the way and it was not very good Good luck with her.
Only ate half and threw the rest away. Way too salt and too much sour cream. Chipotle hasn’t tasted right to me for the last few years. I used to love Chipotle! What happened?
