I made a mobile order and arrived on time with 2 cars in front of me at the drive through. It took 15 minutes to get through those 2 cars. Once I made it to the window, I saw my bag through the window but had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come hand it to me. The meal was cold and heavy on rice, low on other ingredients.

I had a disappointing experience at the pickup orders section. The employee helping us had a noticeably bad attitude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Throughout the interaction, he came off as irritated and dismissive, making the whole process uncomfortable. I expected better customer service, especially when all we were doing was picking up an order !

This is the goat chipotle. I’d say 80% of the time they load it up, like a 2 pound burrito. I was in west Omaha and drove all the way back to the saddle creek location because it’s elite.

Every time I come here it seems to be a problem with something. I ordered online this time, a chicken quesadilla and they didn’t put any chicken inside of it. They also put the fajitas on the side when they usually put that in the quesadilla as well.
