This place is disgusting! The worker was NOT wearing gloves while preparing food in the restaurant. Significant risk of food borne illness, etc. With all of the issues Chipotle has had in the past with making people sick, I guess this is still not a priority for them. Eat at Chipotle only if you want the person to use the restroom, clean, and predate your food without gloves.

December 26th, 2025. I took a healthy 24 minute walk from Genesis Health Clubs Midtown (up Farnam to Saddle Creek) to try the new Protein Menu. This location is poppin and does it right great job Chipotle! 👏 (BTW the SUPREME COURT sided with Chipotle against claims similar to many of the negative reviews on here in that they are erroneous & frivolous js.)

This is the third time I have discovered a bone in my chicken burrito. I have previously rated my order in their application regarding this issue, but it appears that they do not take customer feedback seriously. This situation has resulted in the loss of a valued customer.

Don’t shop here, they are contradictory and will do something one way one day and then another the next. Paid with cash they “didn’t” have enough change so they gave me dollar coins. Came back the next day to pay and included the coins and they said they couldn’t accept. Even got the manager involved. *manager upset about review* he’s included in the picture.

Love this place! Steak burrito bowls for my 11 yr old and I. And cheese quesadilla kids meal for my 5 yr old. My favorite place 😍
I stopped eating just to write this review. I ordered the Carne Asada with rice Rice was old, How do I know? I had to break it in pieces. Guac was old and almost brown also LOOK AT piece of cheese this couldn't get any better smh So if you're want to get a quick left over lunch bowl get it from here, they nailed mine.

Usually it's amazing but today sucked I walked in and ordered what I normally get and the person serving me was really rude, like they where in a rush when no one else was in line behind me. Then once we are done with that I ordered a small drink, they charged me for it but I never received it and then they said I didn't order it and wouldn't give it to me so I left in frustration. About 10 minutes later I remembered I had a receipt (not something I normally get) and checked to see if I was crazy. I did order a drink and they just didn't give it to me. Very frustrating because this is usually a fantastic place to go.
