December 26th, 2025. I took a healthy 24 minute walk from Genesis Health Clubs Midtown (up Farnam to Saddle Creek) to try the new Protein Menu. This location is poppin and does it right great job Chipotle! 👏 (BTW the SUPREME COURT sided with Chipotle against claims similar to many of the negative reviews on here in that they are erroneous & frivolous js.)

Usually it's amazing but today sucked I walked in and ordered what I normally get and the person serving me was really rude, like they where in a rush when no one else was in line behind me. Then once we are done with that I ordered a small drink, they charged me for it but I never received it and then they said I didn't order it and wouldn't give it to me so I left in frustration. About 10 minutes later I remembered I had a receipt (not something I normally get)...

Theses guys are great been coming here for years with basically no problem!! Today when getting to our house the bag broke. After heading back there showing them the picture and showing them the receipt. They were able to make the food again wasn't sure because it was chipotle but thankfully they did!! The white guy with shorter brownish hair manager makes everything more difficult than it has to be everytime I do have a problem. His good employee shouldn't get a bad...
