Food is great! But when I order for the Chipotle Lane they just keep working inside and don’t acknowledge that I’m out here. i waited for about 7 mins before they came to the window and there was two in there working. I knee my food was done. 10 mins past the time to pick it up. I know there is a process but really?

easily the worst chipotle i’ve been to across the entire country… each and every employee had the worst attitude and when i’d ask for more/ a little bit of something they would look at my face and do the complete opposite. I spent $11 on a rice bowl just to take one bite and be disgusted. For such an easy job you would think these grown adults could get the hang of it but i guess it’s rocket science…

I can see why this place has so many 1 stars. It seems like just about every order we get something is missing. Just about every time a side order of queso is not accounted for. If I were you, whether your order is large or small, take everything out of the bag and make sure it's in there. Whether people are behind you or not. Do the servers job and double and triple check.

I ordered a bowl with beef and chicken and I swear it only had 3 pieces of each. I don't understand, I'm paying for it and they simply don't feel like putting the food in properly.

Me and my brother went in to get a burrito and a bowl as soon as we get up there the guy is rude seems like he doesn't like his job he barely gave my brother meat in his burrito Plus on top of that the lady that checked me very rude I asked her to open Coca-Cola for me and she didn't want to open it for me and had me open it

Having to wait 40 MINUTES in a drive thru for an online pick up order is insane. If I could have canceled my order and left I would have, but there’s no way out of this line once you’re in it. Whoever manages this location, you suck

This location is always understaffed, overly busy, and horrible at dealing with customers. They don’t have pick up food ready on time. You will wait in line for 15 minutes plus. They are rude half the time you come here. If you want chipotle go to a different location if you want a half decent experience.

This was an absolute disaster. First, line was backed up to kingdom come Second, food was not prepared in manner to satisfy multiple customers, i asked for fajita veggies and got denied because the employees didnt want to wait Third, as im asking for ingredients for my meal i got below the bare minimum, have to pay 40 dollars for a pinch of everything and what looked like a quarter of a bowl.

We will absolutely not be coming back here. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different chipotle as the people here are unbearably rude. One of them was very pissed off that he had to be there, would groan every time we asked for something and tossed the tongs into the rice sending it flying, clearly this wasn't the first time that this had happened as it seemed most of the food had been flung around. The other one didn't seem to listen to a damn word we said and after asking for just a little bit of red sauce proceeded to dump a massive amount on top with his only response being oops. Overall, very messy very rude, do not recommend. 👎
