I ordered the Chipotle bowl and waited an unusually long time after I was told it was ready. They mishandled my order, giving it to another customer. When they returned to retrieve the correct third item, they handed it directly to me, recognizing it was mine. They did that with out reminding Oder….I was shocked they did that, assuming I wouldn’t notice. This behavior is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed in their dishonesty.

We ordered a burrito and two bowls. Ended up getting ~ half a scoop of protein and an obscene amount of rice. Nowhere near worth the price.

Usually, I love this chipotle but it’s like the last few times I’ve been I’ve either gotten stale chips then this time I got chips that weren’t like salted and no lime it’s kinda getting ridiculous and when I go back in and tell them I get another bag that’s exactly the same

This is my first time to a Chipotle. I really liked the food. It was very flavorful and tasted fresh. The place was nice and clean too.

My go-to is the veggie burrito or bowl. This location, in Omaha, NE, had red bell peppers in the fajitas veggie mix, which I prefer over the green ones. The service was efficient.

I have a feeling a lot of the 1-star service reviews for this location were made by people who've never had to work a close to minimum wage food service job. Because if they have, they'd know how it is to be in the position of a server or cashier, and that those workers do their best to stay patient and respectful but they don't have the energy or motivation to stay respectful when you're giving them a hard time. I've been to this Chiptole dozens of times and have never dealt with bad service, mostly because I know how to treat workers as human beings. If you show respect you WILL receive it back. Anyways, as for the food, it's nothing to die for but it's usually pretty tasty and I can't complain for somewhere so conveniently close to me. I've only had one experience out of dozens where I've been disappointed with the food itself. This place is reliable and mostly consistent, definitely would recommend if you live near here and are in the mood for some burritos. And don't let the other reviews scare you off, it's not even close to what they make it out to be.

I come here every week or so to pick up lunch as I work nearby. Adriana at the Chipotlane window always greets me with a smile and hands me my order before I even provide my name. She is truly amazing and deserves recognition for her consistent positive attitude and kindness!

If you’re going to charge $14 for a meal- please train your staff to put a fork in the bag so we can actually eat the meal. Thank you.
