Ordered a couple bowls and they were cold when I picked them up at the designated time. When I got the bag, the bottom was wet and one of the bowls wasnt sealed. I pulled the bag up out of my car, only for the bottom to fall and the food from the unsealed bowl to go everywhere. I sit down and there isnt any meat with the bowl for me! I have worked fast food before and its not that hard to make sure the bags arent wet and everything is sealed up correctly.

Absolutely no stars!!! First thing the drive through is for online orders only. Second I don't appreciate being scammed while downloading the app be careful it auto checkmark a subscription for music. I caught it and unchecked it. Asked for a credit card before I even ordered. Then sent me to some page with all kinds of app/junk sites. Never ordered food will watch that CC closely. NO WONDER THE PLACE IS ALWAY DEAD.

Went here for lunch 3/25, the only card reader they had decided to freeze. There was absolutely no communication from staff what was going on, I just received blank stares. By the time they fixed it my food was cold, the experience made me lose my appetite anyways. Will not be returning to this location.

The last few visit have been on-line pickup order and each time once I get home and settled in and open up my bowl I don’t have the extra sour cream and my queso that I ask for. I always have to remind them that I had a drink with my order and they always ask to see the receipt.

I love getting food here. Thought it always depends on what days I go. Also, go inside if you want good food because the online orders are always packed between 5-8pm. I personally feel people shouldn't complain if their food is cold if they order it and don't pick it up at least 5 min later. So go inside and get food and get a nice experience instead of going through online.

I would first off like to say. The guy in the blue. Du rag, you have horrible customer service. You looked at me like what am I doing here. Hopefully you guys can fix your customer service. These guys were terrible.
I keep giving this location a chance because it’s the closest one to me but you guys cannot figure out how to make your steak good. It’s always chewy/fatty. I understand a few pieces being like that here and there but when it happens to be 90 percent of the pieces, thats when I get mad because I wasted $15 on inedible food.Edit: just got a bowl with medium on it when I didn’t order it to have medium. Can’t eat it, too spicy so another waste yet again. Done with this location.
