Utterly filthy location. Every single table in the place was dirty, floors were dirty, and the food prep area! After paying and leaving, my wife pointed out that the guy in the back making food was touching the food with gloves hands and then touching everything else and going back to the food without changing gloves. I'm just surprised there is no standard across Chipotle restaurants, why can one be great and another so shocking. Was going to dine in, but were forced to go home because there was nowhere sanitary to sit. Food was edible and burrito still made me happy so 2 stars instead of 1.

The crew working on Wednesday nights always does a great job. It’s one of the few places open later that I can get a healthy option on my way home from yoga class. I always do online order & have no issues. Guy working the window is always apologetic if they are out of something. Food comes out great each time.

They have a tendency to forget items. Each time I've ordered chips, but they usually forget them, they frequently forget to send utensils as well.

Ordered food online the day before. Scheduled for 11:30 am pick up. Waited for 45 minutes while they cooked the protein portions. Bad experience, never will I do that again.

May have been there on a bad night. Most tables were not wiped down. So we took meal home. Protein options were mostly empty or dried out Settled for Chicken. Chips and guac was yummy and our bowl was okay.

We arrived just before 7pm on a Monday night. There was one other party of two already eating their food. We were the only ones in line. They had 2 staff working on to go orders. The young man asked me what I wanted I said a steak burrito. He asked what type of rice and the female employee said there was a 3 minute wait on steak. I had to ask the man not to make my burrito until the steak was ready. We waited about 5-7 minutes. The man tried to use the old tortilla that had been sitting there before who's coworker asked him to get me a fresh tortilla. I watched the young man use his gloves hand to push rice from the contaminated counter back into the rice canister. I watched another young female employee dump a fresh pot of black beans on top of the old beans. When we finally had our burritos and went to sit down, there was not a single clean table in the restaurant. That is not a hyberbole. There were approximately 12 open tables, none of them clean. Will not be back to this location. They need a lot of education about food safety.
