It's always clean, staffed with pleasant people, and they always have something tasty to leave with.Sometimes I'll go looking for something very specific, only to find it very out of stock. Just have to remind myself, it's not their fault, they're an import business, and sometimes those shipments run late.

Chippy's is one of our favorite places to go in Omaha. Everything we've had from there has been amazing and the service is top notch. My kids are teenagers who think everything is lame but Chippy's. My daughter talks about their chocolate cake with custard on a weekly basis. Their milky coffee is also super delicious ?

Kind of disappointed with the service we got here today. Part of our order was missing & we didn't realize until we had arrived home. The roads are snowy so it wasn't worth the drive back in. I like the store front and the items we purchased from there were excellent. They have a great selection of pre packaged things. Just bummed that we ended up paying for items we didn't get & were the one thing we really wanted to try.Edit: I don't know a Lisa, that must have been a different group. Owners replies on any critical reviews are unprofessional.

I was looking for fish & chips. Chippy's website offers "proper fish & chips", so I ordered some online a couple hours ago, which was easy enough to do. My wife and I arrived right when they were packing our to-go cartons and decided to eat our lunch right in the car. It was all bad. The chips had zero color and were quite undercooked. The fish itself tasted good, but the breading was somehow burned and doughy at the same time while flaking off the entire time I was trying to eat it. The tartar sauce consisted of two tiny packets, which was inadequate considering that breading had zero seasoning. The one star is for the fish. The rest of the place is probably fine, but, as a fish and chips place, it's bollocks.
Just went in for something harry potter related for my daughter and was very surprised how amazing this little place is! We will definitely be back. The gentleman that helped us was great! And a big part of why we will be back!

So cute and fun. I think it just opened but was already busy! I can't wait to go back for tea! They have a large selection of packaged food for sale that you can only find in the UK plus some fresh food they make in the kitchen. They also have some kind of high tea where they serve you tea and biscuits because when we were there people were ordering it. My friend got some snacks and said they were all amazing.

Most of the food is cheaper at world market I am British so l need my fix of food but l find Amazon is a great alternative to the very high prices The food is very bland and cold They should do alot better ( on such a basic menu )

I was excited to try Chippies because of interesting Brit menu. Unfortunately the food and service were disappointing. We all had Fish and Chips. The fish could not even be cut with a knife and the breading was mush. The scotch eggs were good as were the mushy peas.
