I stop into Choos every time I am in Omaha. Always a warm and friendly environment. The food is awesome with some daily items like wings and the Rueben but also some terrific daily specials. The owner is often present and assures a fun and lively atmosphere.
Server was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive even though he seemed to be the only one on a Saturday night. We ordered burgers. A regular and a mushroom swiss. The bun was bigger than the patty and the meat was dry. I think the server was aware since he offered mayonnaise when I ordered. He recommended the crinkle cut fries which were hot, crispy and much better than the burger. Husband ordered the hand cut fries. They were limp and soggy. His mushroom and Swiss...
Parking: Sometimes it gets full and you have to park at CVS across the street. But it's not a big deal.
