Food was decent, only had a couple games that did not work. THE STAFF on the floor is super lazy. We paid $24 a long side another couple for the new trampoline room. Walked over to the room and it was locked. Approached the desk with the other couple and we were told that Chuck E Cheese doubles as the watch staff for the trampolines and he was busy with a birthday party so they could not open the cage. It’s a decent place but every time I’ve been there, Chuck 🐭 comes out and “dances” with less energy than me at 7:00 pm after taking care of twin toddlers all day.
Cleanliness did not meet expectations, almost half the arcade machines were either broken, or turned off. We waited 40 minutes for our food and we did not even order much at all. Highlight of the entire night though was the amazing gal who helped us at the prize counter. She hooked my daughter up and was super friendly.
