WOW. Let me tell y’all something… I officially miss early-2000s Chuck E. Cheese, because whatever THIS was? Straight GARBAGE.
The employees were out there looking like they were on their first day… every day. Nobody knew what was happening. I paid $190 for vibes so low they were underground. The kids were staring at the staff like, “Ma’am… sir… do you even WORK here?”
And let’s talk about Chuck E… Tell me why that mouse came out looking smoked out, stressed out, and clocked out, moving like he had just survived the worst night of his life. I was embarrassed FOR him.
But the pizza? FIRE. Like, suspiciously good. I’m convinced the chef had to be fighting for his life back there because that was the only thing saving the whole building.
Paid for cake and ice cream… didn’t see a crumb, a sprinkle, NOTHING. I guess it was imaginary.
At this point? BRING BACK THE ROBOTICS. At least the animatronic band used to give a little shoulder shimmy. These humans ain’t even trying.

I booked my 4 year old a party yesterday and from beginning to end it was not okay. From the employees with nasty attitudes , to us having to go up to them one yo many times because stuff wasn't right or missing. The host kept lying about how long for our food. One minute it just got in the oven , next minute it was coming out the oven. How y'all bringing out ice cream before food ? Then The host went back and told her manager that my mom said something she didn't even say so we got kicked out because the host LIED. The manager ain't even want to listen to the other employee telling him she lied! We ended up getting a full refund but ruining a 4 year old birthday party cause an employee bs , and lies is NOT OKAY! I woke still irritated by it m. Will not be going nor booking again !!

Machines don’t work after you tap the card but will be charged for points. No customer support to help even after multiple requests. Not worth visiting.

We recently visited and it was a dream come true for our children. This is not the Chuck E. Cheese from the past, it is newly remodeled, clean and organized.
The gentleman and woman working were extremely gracious to our family. They went above and beyond to help our kids have the most wonderful experience. Maybe angels in disguise even?!
Games were fun and working as they should. Games were also age appropriate from our youngest to our oldest.
Pizza was tasty and fresh too! The music and music videos were appropriate. Fun singing and dancing!
Overall great value for the experience. Please, rid yourself of the Chuck E. Cheese of old and experience the new and improved Chuck E. Cheese!! Truly is an awesome place.
