It was quite the pleasant experience despite not having a reservation.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and very helpful waiters. Their food’s flavor though is a bit lacking in comparison. Their dishes are beautifully decorated, but some of the food just don’t taste like anything. Their hummus & pita is great! The Turkish Beef Dumplings are worth skipping - very chewy. The chicken kebab and chicken shawarma plates are okay. The most disappointing plate is the beef kofta - it literally doesn’t have a taste/flavor. A little steak...

Over-rated and overpriced.
All the food is not as flavorful as it should be. The crispy potatoes are an appetizer and side, and are terribly dry and bland. Terribly disappointing.
Both times I've been, we had a party of 6 and the wait staff pretty much ignored us and it took an unnecessarily long time to order and then even longer for appetizers and the meal.
Music is loud so as the restaurant fills for lunch it is difficult...
