I came here to the kettle cafe to order a drink to go. I walked up to the counter where I was greeted by a man named Jesse. He asked what I would like? Before I could even answer. He told me that they were very busy and that they just had ten people walk in, and it would take twenty minutes to get a drink. I asked, even for just a cup of coffee? I'm getting it to go I told him. He said, "Wait a minute, I'll be right back." He never came back. Just in and out of the kitchen acting as if I wasn't even standing there. I would say, horrible service. But I didn't even get any service. Not even a good morning. I won't be back again not to try their coffee.
