Normally I go to the one closer to my house in village point but it was closed tonight and this one was open so I went here and let’s just say they were packed!! But wow I’ve never had better service at a cold stone!! They had a good system and were efficient and were so nice offered lids and bags and I’ll probably be making the drive to this one more often just for the service!
Delicious ice cream with many flavors.
Employees seem very inexperienced, they were quiet, and tripping over each other. Our ice cream was not even half full, and definitely not up to the Cold Stone quality you expect. The ice cream still tasted good but for $10 I expect more.
Got order wrong 3 times, didn’t let me order my golden Oreos, skipped me in line
Apparently they can't handle online orders. Showed up no cake so now they're slapping one together
Don't do an online order here. They will serve literally everyone in the store before they even think about beginning to work on online orders. Mine was 30 minutes late. I sat in the store watching everyone possible who just walked in far later than me be server before they would even consider my order. Absolutely insane.
Worst ice cream I have ever tasted do not recommend 7 bucks for this waste of money
Best ice cream and great service.

My friend and I went to the 120th and Blondo location last night at 8:20 p.m. and it was a terrible experience. There were four employees behind the counter that I could see. A young lady supposedly named Loreal helped us and she couldn't have been more rude. She not only rushed us but served up eye rolls with every question we had and when she was mixing up my friend's ice cream she was punching it aggressively as if she was very irritated. Another employee came up to bring her Oreos that she needed and she snapped at him for getting in her way. All four employees were talking and having conversations behind the counter while they were making ice cream as if none of us were even there. Only one of the employees was actually kind and the others couldn't wait to get us out the door. I looked around for somebody who might be a manager or in charge but it seems they only had young teenagers in there last night. I love this place and I am happy to spend extra for good quality ice cream however, with the way we were treated last night I doubt I will be back.
The store was busy right before close the employees were very nice and helpful ice cream was delicious as always

I hadn't been to a Cold Stone in so many years. I had high hopes from past experiences, but it was honestly a bit of a let down. Wasn't wowed by the taste of the mint ice cream. It didn't taste as minty as I expected. I added oreos as well but they only gave me like 2 oreos, and the person that mixed my ice-cream didn't even break the oreos all the way and they were literally folded into the middle of the ice-cream. Very sub-par for the $8 it cost me. I went to the closest gas station after I left here and bought a package of mini oreos and crushed them up and added them to my ice-cream. Sad to say, I won't come back to this location.
Hands down the best ice cream cake and amazing customer service! I highly recommend

We love this place! The staff are always very patient with our requests to try out different flavors. This location is usually pretty clean. No sticky floors, which we are very happy about. We love that they have dairy-free options for both ice cream and now shakes!
Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free and gluten free options.

The ice cream is awesome! The only issue I ever have is that the employees always seem to be annoyed by making orders. It could be just that it is late and I hate to fault hardworking people, but I also don't like to feel bad every time I order ice cream. When I ask how their day is, I always seem to receive a depressing response, and then I apologize for ordering ice cream. I'm not sure. it's just a weird vibe. Maybe the management can add more breaks or do something to raise morale here.

Mia helped us and she was great! Very friendly, good suggestions for mix-ins, and gave us a generous taste of the cinnamon roll ice cream (would recommend). The boo batter was tasty, but be warned it does have that artificial dye taste if you really don’t like it, but I didn’t think it was terrible. Always a good time at cold stone and would strongly recommend it any day.
