The only reason for 3 stars is the fact that the tables were pretty dirty as if they haven't been cleaned off in a while and out of all of the gentlemen working, they had time to clean them off.
Horrible horrible horrible! The manager here is just awful. So rude and impatient. But looking over reviews going back 3+ years I guess she's always been rude .does cold stone not care how the customers are treated ? Makes me wonder . I will not be going back
Long line
Would give zero star but they probably wouldn’t beable to read that. Order a pecan bear and they send me an apple not even close. Terrible store. Last straw with this location, every time we order here they always mess up something. Needs to be zero stars
Great place for sweet treats. They can make almost anything you could want.
Cold Stone is a fantastic place for ice cream lovers, and their flavor selection is impressive! One of my personal favorites is the seasonal blueberry muffin batter—it's absolutely delicious and a must-try if you get the chance.
However, my recent experiences have been marred by extremely long lines and some disappointing customer service, which has limited our visits. For instance, during Valentine's Day, I saw signs all over the store advertising chocolate covered strawberries and was excited to inquire about them. Unfortunately, when I asked the staff, they rolled their eyes and said they had no information about it. I pointed out the numerous signs, and they told me I would need to call and speak with a manager for any details, which was frustrating.
Despite the fantastic ice cream flavors, the combination of long wait times and lackluster service has made us hesitant to visit as often as we used to.
My daughter had a horrible experience there! The workers and manager were very rude when she didn’t understand how to redeem her giftcard and pressured her to pay another way. Then when she figured out how to redeem her Coldstond Creamery giftcard they refused to reimburse her money to recharge her giftcard like she initially wanted to. In the meantime her ice cream melted. Very very disappointing.
Don't stay open until 9 if you are only gonna serve ice cream with no toppings for the last 10 minutes. 6 customers lost because of it. Rough on sales
The ice cream is great
Went to try it with my mom and sister. It's over priced. My mom got the mint one my sister the chocolate one. The chocolate icecream is bitter. The chocolate chips are hard. Over all not great. Dairy queens is better to be honest

$6 almost $7 for one small melted scoop of cookie dough ice cream, wasnt greeted, wasnt asked what we would like and when I told her what we wanted she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about it. Everytime I come to a cold stone I’m reminded why we don’t come to cold stone

Worse customer service ever! Not the first time I've been to this location and I have never been treated so disrespectfully and not to mention in front of my daughter. I didn't walk out and even tip the lady to show I have manners and education. I don't care if she doesn't like Hispanics, if you provide customer service you need to treat people the same. Any others and I will continue shopping anywhere. I shopped at other stores at Village Point and I was treated with respect. It doesn't matter how I look, I am paying for a service. Yes, I was not wearing makeup, my hair was in a bun, I was wearing jeans and a sweater, and I am Hispanic!! I am still a customer. Please think about how you treat people next time. Treating me rudely and basically yelling at me doesn’t show I am less than you.
I love coffee flavored ice cream and sadly they told me it's gone. My son loves the oreo milkshake. I thought even if he could have his milkshake. We come from Fremont, NE and the guys say. We don't know how to do it. How is it possible that so many kids attending don't know how to make a product they are offering? I don't understand.

Did not want to do my kids order. She did not care to show her rudeness to my children.
