I’m so pissed off, I’m not even asking for my money back, I’m just asking that no one spend money on those ice cream cakes ever again. I don’t know who’s five year old is in the back playing with the frosting, but I’m gonna need the manager to put the child in question in a daycare. Because an adult human cannot have possibly constructed this cake and thought it was worth $20 and a drive downtown.
I’m visiting from out of state and all I wanted to do was give my father something endearing for his day, and now I have to present it as a joke. I’ve never been so pissed off to write a review like this, but this really took the cake. As a fellow food service worker, whomever made this, please stick to cashiering. And I’m not joking.

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday and it was so sad. the lettering looked terrible and it was choppy. Just did not look good on top and made me really upset for what I got and how much it was.

Placed an order for pick up, waited for about 8 minutes but the store was fairly busy so I had no issue with it. One of the employees was very outgoing and had amazing customer service. I decided to ask for the manager so I could let her know that her employees were great. Her response was “yeah he’s my boyfriend” I feel like that comment was not necessary a thank you would suffice. But everything else was amazing.

After waiting patiently in line for about 35 minutes, mind you they were pretty busy and closing at 10p, I was saddened to hear the milkshake machine was down for the night. An extra staff member may help in this area as it seemed to be too time intense for the staff.

The worst customer service! 3 employees present, 40 painful min of waiting in line with only 4 customers ahead of us. One of employees had to call a third employee to register from the back to do her job in spite of multiple clients waiting to pay. If I owned this business l would reconsider the ways, processes and employees choice. Literally! Don’t do it or do it better!
