The worst customer service! 3 employees present, 40 painful min of waiting in line with only 4 customers ahead of us. One of employees had to call a third employee to register from the back to do her job in spite of multiple clients waiting to pay. If I owned this business l would reconsider the ways, processes and employees choice. Literally! Don’t do it or do it better!

The service is horrible. They keep messing up my order and they notice they’ve ran out of ingredients after starting my order. Also, I’ve yet to try a crunchy cone, the cone tastes like it’s been out for days. Extremely disappointed!
