Had some large black girl seem very bothered that i came into the ice cream shop and ordered ice cream. It was a very simple order but customer service is gone. Please go somewhere else for icecream

I’ve ordered online multiple times and 2/3 times they forget waffle cones/bowls you order. The waffle bowls lowkey makes the ice cream worth eating and worth the price so not receiving it more often than getting it is irritating. This location also has a tendency to send the wrong sizes of ice cream. The location on 120th and Blondo is much better as they very rarely mess anything up.
Two containers only 3/4 of the way full everyone was in back.

I went to this establishment and waited for about 10 minutes on 12/27. No one ever came to the front counter but had 2 patrons dining in. I finally saw there were two employees sitting in the back on their phones. Absolutely terrible experience and I won’t be back to that location again.

Food was amazing - I was there and got a lemon sherbet with strawberries and the person helping just seemed heavily annoyed. They slammed my ice cream in a bowl, and just kind of shoved it in my hand. I stay there for a minute enjoyed my ice cream and I noticed as other customers came in nobody said "hi how are you today," it was a very unwelcoming vibe. The coworker seemed to be into their own conversation with another coworker the entire time rather than helping customers.

For some reason they decided to make it so you can only mix in 2 flavors of ice cream in a gotta have it. All other cold stone locations I've been to have allowed 3 flavors of ice cream in a gotta have it. Doesn't even make sense as it is the same amount of ice cream regardless. Workers were also rude.
