“Vanilla Lite” ice cream made me sick for days. The workers were nice and I don’t blame them, but cold stone should at least make it known that the sugar alcohol in this flavor (from the ingredient maltitol) can cause serious issues.

The ice cream is great now customer service is HORRIBLE. I came in with a biggest smile and greet and wasn’t even met with a hello. Instead a girl with an annoyed face kept looking at me, she wouldn’t even nod or answer when I was ordering so I was left confused. All girls working today had an unfriendly attitude and just truly do not belong in a place like this if they aren’t even capable of basic customer service. To the girls working there: in a world where you can be anything, be kind. I understand your job may be hard or challenging, but I would never treat anyone the way you treated me when I was super friendly with all of you. Those stone faces would most likely belong behind the kitchen, not in front of the store.

Been in-store several times. Great options and reasonable prices. Just placed an order over the phone and the employee was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Had some large black girl seem very bothered that i came into the ice cream shop and ordered ice cream. It was a very simple order but customer service is gone. Please go somewhere else for icecream

I literally pulled the biggest hair out of my ice cream and my friend gave me a face of horror that not even the Blaire Witch Project could conjure. I am not the same and my friends won’t even look at me anymore. #gross
