I’ve ordered online multiple times and 2/3 times they forget waffle cones/bowls you order. The waffle bowls lowkey makes the ice cream worth eating and worth the price so not receiving it more often than getting it is irritating. This location also has a tendency to send the wrong sizes of ice cream. The location on 120th and Blondo is much better as they very rarely mess anything up.

I went to this establishment and waited for about 10 minutes on 12/27. No one ever came to the front counter but had 2 patrons dining in. I finally saw there were two employees sitting in the back on their phones. Absolutely terrible experience and I won’t be back to that location again.

Food was amazing - I was there and got a lemon sherbet with strawberries and the person helping just seemed heavily annoyed. They slammed my ice cream in a bowl, and just kind of shoved it in my hand. I stay there for a minute enjoyed my ice cream and I noticed as other customers came in nobody said "hi how are you today," it was a very unwelcoming vibe. The coworker seemed to be into their own conversation with another coworker the entire time rather than helping customers.

For some reason they decided to make it so you can only mix in 2 flavors of ice cream in a gotta have it. All other cold stone locations I've been to have allowed 3 flavors of ice cream in a gotta have it. Doesn't even make sense as it is the same amount of ice cream regardless. Workers were also rude.

Went in just after lunch and waited for a bit and wasn’t really greeted. Could have just been an off day, but the gal didn’t seem too interested in just acknowledging customers in the building. Coldstone pricing is getting up there.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Normally, I enjoy Cold Stone and so I thought an ice cream cake from them would be a good idea. I went online to order one ahead of time, but the site said nothing about what type of advance notice they would need for a custom cake so I called. Big MISTAKE. I asked the question (I in no way insinuated that I wanted to order over the phone) and the Pompous J*** who answered the phone not only went on a tangent about things I did not ask about or need to know such as why you can only order through the app or in the store, but all but accused me of causing problems with orders and credit card fraud. I have Never called them before and Never will again. I might visit in-store... maybe, but it's unlikely. When I finally was able to interrupt his tirade about not ordering over the phone I repeated my question about advance Notice for ordering a cake and that on the web site... Nothing existed for scheduling a pick up time... he then went on to actually say that I basically didn't know how to use their website or operate a computer. VERY RUDE. So, after I again repeated my question... he did, finally, tell me that a couple of days would be needed. Ok. Great, but guess what... I will not be ordering one from them due to his REALLY bad customer service over the phone because shortly after the call.... I then called Graley's Creamery (In Papillion). I asked them do you offer ice cream cakes and although the person who answered said, "not at this time... they did add that they do offer Ice cream cake rolls" Granted they are slightly different and slightly more expensive... they are basically a type of ice cream cake. She was friendly, answered my question with a polite alternative and when I asked her about how much notice they would need for this... she gave me a straight answer without treating me like an idiot or a criminal. They need about a week and since we have roughly 2 weeks... we're good. Graley's Creamery and Confections will have my business from now on because of their Customer service... which clearly DOES NOT exist with Cold Stone Creamery.
Ice cream delicious. Service was quick. However, very displeased that the restrooms are locked away from customer use. This goes against Omaha Code. Sec. 11-260. - Sanitary facilities and controls. (d) Toilet facilities. Each stationary food-service establishment shall provide adequate, conveniently located toilet facilities for its employees and also for its customers if dining facilities are provided. Toilet fixtures shall be of sanitary design and readily cleanable. Toilet facilities, including rooms and fixtures, shall be kept in a clean condition and in good repair. The doors of all toilet rooms shall be self closing. Toilet tissue shall be provided. Easily cleanable receptacles shall be provided for waste materials, and such receptacles in toilet rooms for women shall be covered. Where the use of non-water-carried sewage disposal facilities has been approved by the health authority, such facilities shall be separate from the establishment.
