This was hands down the worst service we have ever received at a restaurant. We were seated quickly, then proceeded to wait over an hour after we ordered our food until we gave up. The waitress checked on us once time in over an hour. Over 6 tables that were seated after us in our section got served before us with food. After 45 minutes we were told our food was coming, but 20 minutes later still nothing. So disappointed. Management was not helpful in resolving this issue.

This has quickly become our favorite place for pizza and wings. We just joined the VIP club as a result :) We've had several of their specialty pizzas and all have been great. The cream cheese pizza sauce is unique, the toppings are huge, everything has always tasted fresh and has a "homemade" feel to it.The wings... so I like a good hot wing. Their hot is HOT. Mild is like a medium in my opinion. The spicy BBQ, one of my faves, is either spicy or BAM YOU BETTER GRAB A DRINK.We ridiculously over-order here because we love the leftovers. That's high praise ???
Can't really comment on the atmosphere, but they took care of me quick when I did a curbside pickup. However, the spaghetti and meatballs were completely underwhelming for the price. There was a giant serving of spaghetti, but only 4 meatballs. The spaghetti and sauce was average, nothing great or bad about them. However, the meatballs tasted like that were frozen, and when I tasted gristle in one of the meatballs I gave up on the whole thing. I know it's tough to find good Italian food in Omaha, Nebraska, but for 17 dollars I expected more.

Ordered takeout. Food took 15 minutes longer than projected (had like 5 tables sat). Order was wrong and could tell it was sitting for a long time. I was willing to give it another shot but after this last time I won't be coming back. Also, asking for tips on carryout when they don't even put in the effort to make sure everything is accurate and prompt is the biggest scam.

Had dinner on a Tuesday night. No problem parking. Fairly empty place. Plenty of tv's. Nice waitress and good service. Beer was cold, as we barely made Happy Hour. Pizza was excellent! A combination of pork products, good amount of cheese, and a drizzle of sauce with a tiny kick to it. Business picked up somewhat, but the noise level was fine. Large selection of food choices for the next visit. Very good first experience at Copps. Definitely recommend.

So Copps, in the past, has always been pretty good, but their consistency is becoming concerning. I order a Margherita Pizza pretty regularly and they were usually pretty reliable on quality. The only real issues I’ve had is they delivered the wrong pizza (pepperoni, ew) once, or they do a party square cut (which is bizarre IMHO) instead of a traditional triangular cut. Well this evening I received an inedible pizza. I tried to persevere but after about half a piece I gave up. I ordered my usual Margherita Pizza and I’m not sure what the heck they delivered (see pic). A ton of cream cheese, pale and mealy tomatoes (for which I will give them a pass since it’s February) zero red sauce, some spinach, and enough cheese for three separate pizzas. The box was so heavy I could have used it as a doorstop. It was full on disgusting. My 91-year-old Mom wanted to see what I was complaining about so I had to literally carve out a piece for her because the cheese was so thick (again, see pic). If you’re familiar with a Margherita Pizza, you know that isn’t a Margherita Pizza. They’re supposed to be light and fresh. This was anything but. All that being said, when I called they were very nice and they helped me get a refund. But I won’t be ordering again unless I can quality control my order before it leaves the restaurant. I just don’t trust their quality/reliability anymore.

My wife ordered delivery through DoorDash on a whim as we had a busy evening & 3 kiddos past ready for dinner. Our delivery did not end up making it to our home, however, we called up the store and their manager James was able to help us get our order not only refunded with DoorDash but then sent out our same order for free and in record time.Thank you for showing some grace to our family tonight. We have not had the pleasure of dining in but we will certainly be making a point to do so in the near future.
