I gave you 3 stars because you offer good ice cream and gluten-free cones!! I would have given 5 stars but the customer service we received wasn't pleasant! As we sat at the indoor tables, others came in, ordered & sat. Soon 1 of the workers told us we had to leave because they are closed! 😱 we didn't move right away as we were almost done, but she demanded we leave and said there are tables outside we can sit at! What? Is this how you treat your customers!? There are plenty of other ice cream parlors that we will enjoy in the future. Countryside cones lost us as a return Customer, service is extremely important!

Solid frozen custard, simple menu, easy to choose toppings, and super affordable pricing. Love the cake and waffle cone options and the mini size is great for kids. Reminds me of what I grew up on back east, will definitely be back.

Ice cream was flavorless. Every other soft serve I’ve ever had is better. Ended up throwing it out. Shop is cute and workers were friendly, but the product was a serious disappointment when I was craving good ice cream.
My son has multiple food allergies in addition to being dairy free. We found this after dinner and really lucked out. The girls were amazing about showing us all the ingredients and even opening a new bag of gummy worms in case of cross contamination. I am dairy free as well and their vegan vanilla was amazing

I few weeks ago I visited Countryside Cones with my adult nephew, who has autism and often struggles with making decisions. From the moment we walked in, the experience was wonderful. A team member went above and beyond to help us. She patiently and kindly guided my nephew through the process of choosing his ice cream, speaking to him with such warmth and understanding. She made sure he felt comfortable and confident in his choices. It truly warmed my heart to see how she wasn't intimidated or fearful but rather embraced the opportunity to make his experience a positive one. This kind of compassion and dedication is rare and so deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Countryside Cones for not just their delicious ice cream, but also for their exceptional and caring staff.
