My son has multiple food allergies in addition to being dairy free. We found this after dinner and really lucked out. The girls were amazing about showing us all the ingredients and even opening a new bag of gummy worms in case of cross contamination. I am dairy free as well and their vegan vanilla was amazing

I few weeks ago I visited Countryside Cones with my adult nephew, who has autism and often struggles with making decisions. From the moment we walked in, the experience was wonderful. A team member went above and beyond to help us. She patiently and kindly guided my nephew through the process of choosing his ice cream, speaking to him with such warmth and understanding. She made sure he felt comfortable and confident in his choices. It truly warmed my heart to see how she wasn't intimidated or fearful but rather embraced the opportunity to make his experience a positive one. This kind of compassion and dedication is rare and so deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Countryside Cones for not just their delicious ice cream, but also for their exceptional and caring staff.

Such a cute lil area and shop with delicious custard, very sweet and friendly staff, and a well kept and clean store. The regular size is ALOT so if not dying for a big treat then go the mini size

I love custards and was told by someone this was custard. Someone else said they thought it wasn't made in a custard ice cream machine though? It is much richer than Ice milk. Not too sweet. I didn't get toppings because I wanted to have the base on it's own. The mini size was big enough for me at 3.25 I thought it was a good price (add taxes)
There are only two flavors, vanilla+ chocolate Or you can get the twist You can have toppings to have a customized option.
Parking: It's inside the plaza so it shares parking with a lot of other business

I love countryside cones for a quick treat when in the Westside / Christ The King neighborhood! I ordered a vanilla waffle cone and went specifically because they had air-dried cereal marshmallows available. The sweet person working looked stressed and tired and said they didn’t have any. The bin on the front counter where they are kept was empty, but I could see a huge bag of them sitting in the kitchen. Probably a one-off iffy experience, but the ice cream was great! No line when I went, but it can get really busy at times - bring a friend and chat while you wait ?
Parking: There’s plenty of parking available, it just might not be directly in front of the shop. Countryside village is a cute area to wander around with your ice cream cone, so a little walk to the shop is enjoyable!
Kid-friendliness: So many fun and kid-friendly toppings to choose from!

We love Countryside Cones! They are always so kind and patient as they wait for many children to decide what to order. If an order comes out wrong, no worries, they quickly remake it. The ice cream is delicious!! They have yummy dole for gluten and dairy free options. Each specialty cone I’ve tried has been so great-worth the calories ?
Vegetarian options: They have delicious vegan dole options that frequently change.
Dietary restrictions: They have vegan dole options you can get in a cup instead of a cone. And they’re delicious! Sometimes my kids choose the vegan option simply bc that flavor sounds good, not because they have diet restrictions. The dole flavors change often.
Kid-friendliness: They are so kind and patient with kids ordering. And when communication goes wrong and the child ends up with the wrong ice cream, they remake it so the child is happy. They are awesome! They smile about our house and our mess.
It was OK. Just limited selection on custard and whip flavors and toppings for them.
