Not sure why, but it is still Crane Coffee on 60th and Center, as of 2/3/20 a.m. What a pleasant surprise! Scooter’s is just okay. Crane is great!

It was our favorite stop for coffee. They had several locations, they sold out, rebranded, and ultimately lost us as customer's. The Cranes are now Scooter's. Below average everything. The latte's are like water, no taste. My wife like's Chai, again average at best. The staff used to be great, friendly. Now it's like they don't care anymore. We went to the one on Cass street most of the time, but also went to the one on Center. We won't be back. Not a starbucks fan, but they are head and shoulders above Scooters.

Crane Coffee is dead, and they've been replaced by Scooters. The Cass location has been "renovated" into a local version of Starbucks, i.e., corporate and bland. The pastries are cookie-cutter things that were clearly made a few days ago at a commissary many many miles away. The music playlist is incredibly homogenized. You know, FM 94. And every 30 minutes the music is interrupted by an advertisement about the amazing franchising opportunity of owning your own Scooters, blah blah blah.

They forgot to make my latte for about 15 minutes which was fine, it was kind of busy. But while I waited for my latte I had the pleasure of hearing them talk s*** on a customer that was there previously. It was rather unprofessional. I work in service too, I get it, some customers just suck but I would never talk about a customer in front of other customers. I thought that was super rude.

I love Crane coffee! The best in Omaha. The Vanilla Silk Caffredo is awesome. Skip the Starbucks line and go to a better coffee house!

Great staff. Everyone is super friendly and pleasant. Even if I'm in the crappiest mood, chatting with the employees makes me feel better. They make delicious beverages. I normally get a latte either hot or iced it's always creamy and delicious. I just got a mocha and it is amazing the most smooth creamy beautiful mixture flavors. I asked for some whip cream on top which was not a problem. This whipped cream was the best wipes cream I've ever had in any coffee shop.

Finally made it to Omaha's original coffeehouse! I suggest trying the organic tropical green tea on ice if you're looking for a refreshing pick me up. Their iced coffee never disappoints!

I ordered an iced matcha w/ almond milk and it honestly tasted like it was made with just the water and no almond milk. There was also large chunks of the matcha powder in it.
I have frequented this establishment since they opened and absolutely love it! The baristas are always kind and accommodating, the coffee is always tasty and delicious! The drive thru moves swiftly and they just recently fixed their parking lot which is very welcomed! Highly recommended!

They were excellent. I was picking up coffee for an employee at work, and they helped me get what he was looking for. I wasn't entirely sure what to call the drink, but they helped me out and were extremely friendly.
