Usually one of my favorite places to go for lunch. I went today and ordered the same salad as always. When I went to pay I was told they have no change for cash which is all I had. Was offered a Rice Krispie treat in addition but definitely was not worth $20..Disappointed in them today but usually my favorite. Guess I cant go back until I get my new card in but not sure I’ll be back for awhile.

Came here for the first time with my family. I have to say this was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, prepared right in front of you with care!! The manager of the store was the one who helped us through the most of our visit was absolutely awesome! She came and checked on us after we were seated, even gave my granddaughter free desert for her birthday! I definitely recommend this place for a healthy, friendly, satisfying meal and experience!!!

Visiting our son who just moved here and cruising about we’re so pleased to find Crisp & Green. We want one of these in Vermont!!! Clean, friendly and incredible tasting, tons of choices and options for all. I felt lighter in the way out after I wolfed down my salad and smoothie!! Will return next time we’re in town!

Our team went in at 8pm and the two gentlemen were very nice but the other girl that was working was very rude to us and told us we were an inconvenience and wouldn’t mix our bowls because of the time we came in which was an hour before closing closing time. Proceeded to go to her coworkers and down talk us and the situation.

I’m confused how you can have a shop like this and offer 1 vegetarian option. Why does everything have to have chicken as the standard option? Why not have that as an optional add on for an up charge? That being said, I wouldn’t have written a review just for that reason. However, I ordered a wrap and said no chicken twice, guy even repeated it back to me no chicken, and said I got you. Sat down to eat the wrap, and of course it had chicken on it. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The food is expensive, but good. The staff and service is poor. I've been there three times. Two of those three times, the ice tray that is supposed to contain cold drinks for purchase was empty and the staff had no intention of putting more drinks in. One of those times was an hour before closing. The staff was already shutting everything down so they automatically gave me a to-go bowl with no silverware (plastic or otherwise).
I would eat there more often, but the poor service isn't worth spending that sort of money. Hy-Vee has an excellent salad bar. I recommend going there instead.

If anyone gives this place a negative review, question the reviewer. This place is excellent for cleanliness, management, and choice of foods. In a period of time, when healthy food is not always available, especially at a drive-through, this place makes health possible. The freedom to choose good ingredients, I could not feel more blessed!!!! Thank you to the conscientious managers, workers, and the choice of healthy foods.

We loved the food. However, the last 3 times I've gone, there were competing & loud music that made it unpleasant to dine in. (Kitchen had different music from dining area, making it noisy)

The food is/was great! The atmosphere seems clean and put together. However, I went to use the drive-through, and they had it coned off. So, I went inside and sat several minutes by myself in front of the glass covering the food. Three employees were working and seeing me, without one person even acknowledging me. So, I ended up leaving and ordering online instead. Again, food is great, Atmosphere is clean and inviting. Humans there working not as great as the rest. All ot would have taken I "Hi, we will be with you shortly" and I would have been content with that.

We stopped by here on a whim, and what a win! The food is so flavorful and fresh. We both had salads. Fantastic.
The place was clean, and the gal who served us was knowledgeable and friendly.
Another bonus is this place's accommodation of my food sensitivities. The menu made it so easy for me to order.
We will definitely be coming back.

Just say you close at 8:30pm if everything is wrapped up and put away then.. I get trying to get a head start on the clean up

Tried the Crisp and Green in Omaha and looks like the chain is really good at maintaining its standards, seems they are affected by the employee shortage as well to keep up with client rush at lunch but certainly worth the wait

Wheelchair accessibility: You can certainly get in the store just have to watch the angle of the drink machines seems a little high for those in a wheelchair and backed into a corner which will not allow accessibility and gives a cramped feeling if others are waiting for you.
Wraps aren't listed as one of the options but those are amazing! One in our party had the Chicken Caeser wrap and loved it!
