The chicken inside is always juicy, never dry. They really nailed the texture and seasoning. ​What makes this place a winner is the fantastic value. The portions are generous and the deals they offer are truly budget friendly. It’s a fast, delicious, and high quality meal that is worth every penny and doesn't require waiting around. I don’t review often but this place is amazing. I frequent the Inner Rail and have always seen this place but we decided to try it the other week. We’ve been back three times. I can’t talk about the other non-fried chicken foods, but the tenders are fantastic. You get 5 huge tenders for 8.99. The chicken is juicy and tender, the breading is perfect for me. Another review mentioned a lack of seasoning. In my opinion it just tastes clean, maybe a little a salt would help, but nothing a packet can’t fix. And their house sauce is fire.

The food is terrible. Horrible breading that wasn't seasoned. Burnt taste because they're not changing the shortening often enough. Also, they use too big pieces for fried chicken, so they have to leave it in the fryer too long. Mashed potatoes were also very bland and tasted like cheap instant potatoes. Basically tasted like what a Hyvee deli or cheap cafeteria would offer. Avoid at all costs. I gave them two points because the guy running the place was nice. Honestly considering their prime location the product is incredibly bad.

Absolutely horrible experience here. I ordered the crab rangoons and mozzarella cheese sticks. The crab rangoons were genuinely the worst I've ever had. They were SO hard but not crispy at all? And super small. I didn't know you could mess up crab rangoons so bad. Awful. The mozzarella sticks are ok but sooo salty. I was offered ketchup but asked for one of the other sauces and the guy said I had to go over to the other side, pay 50¢ + tax + credit card fee... Are you joking???? It's ONE sauce. So apparently you either get ketchup or have to pay probably $1 for sauce if you want it with your food. The atmosphere here is horrible, too. The music playing is ALL knockoff covers of pop songs and is horribly loud. Plus, everything is SO expensive for the quantity AND quality. Absolutely not worth it in the slightest. I will absolutely not be coming back here. The food is horrible, customer service is horrible, and the atmosphere is horrible. 0 stars.
I personally love raising canes chicken tenders and I wanted to checkout this place to try their chicken tenders. I ordered the 5 tenders combo which came with 6 nuggets, 1 drink of ur choice, one sauce. The portions were huge, 2 -3 people could share it. The tenders weren’t so juicy, they were crunchy and they didn’t have much taste to it as well. The total was 15$.

i got the spicy crispy chicken wings last week, and they were soooo juicy and delicious, I had to come back today for a 10 piece. Just the right spicy for me and really crispy, the food is fresh and hot. the boba was ok i had the Mr Matcha. It was also a really good price for jumbo bone-in wings.
This is the best chicken place in Omaha, and I don’t say that lightly. The food is very high quality, best quality chicken and sauces, the people working here are amazing, I come here very often. Please check them out you won’t be disappointed, absolutely fantastic food, thanks guys!

I was not impressed with my New Orleans chicken sandwich, and the combo was a joke. My chicken patty literally looked like the ones you would get frozen from Costco or Sams Club. They serve canned pop as drinks, like those from a grocery store. My fries looked and tasted redropped, while my fiancé's were cooked fresh. In total, I spent about $26.
