This is in response to my original review where you replied and said to use the contact us so you could handle the situation directly with me.
Here’s the deal. I called the store directly on the next business day and talked to your manager. I explained the situation and here is her response: We don’t make extra dough on Saturday since we are not open Sunday. We don’t fill your order until you pick it up so we can run out of certain items. If you come during a weekday we usually don’t have this issue.
As I explained to her, I ordered online. You took my money online but you didn’t fill my order. My options were to take whatever you had left or take a refund. I was on my way to a birthday party and I was supposed to bring the cookies. When I explained this to your manager she said she would give me a single cookie to take care of the up charge items but I chose to take the product so you fulfilled my order!
You have my information so my suggestion is you contact me and show some customer service!

Online order not ready when i got there to pick up. Cookies/cakes were not placed flat in the box and the sides of the lid smashed into the cakes. It was a mess.
