There was no acknowledgment for our birthday celebration and given the table next to the kitchen entrance. I mentioned this in booking as well as on arrival. There were plenty of table available. I've ordered food in advance but still have to order everything on arrival. Staff ignore the table for along time and have to go get the hot water refill for our tea as the pot was half filled. 4 of us had dinner at Crystal Palace Seafood Rest. The food is excellent and very good servings. We had dim sims, prawn dumplings, mongolian lamb and satay chicken & fried rice. Everything was tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ting was very attentive and all staff friendly. We might try something from their live tanks next time. We will request a different table next time - seated right next to the kitchen it was a completely different experience than what we had had two weeks earlier at a different table. Very noisy. We had to request table water twice & drinks order was not very professional. Waitress walked away before we had finished ordering. Food was excellent & generous portions. Will go again.
